In a prime location, Urban Beach Hideaway (UBH) is an architectural gem! Designed as a personal, high-end family compound by its owner, a registered licensed architect, the property features three units: two two-bedroom apartments (Unit 2 and 3) and one studio apartment (Unit 4), with parking within the premises for up to 4 cars. Together, all three units can comfortably sleep up to 14 persons.
Unit 2 is a beautifully decorated, fully furnished second level apartment home with two bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, entry foyer, large living-dining room (with queen size sofa bed), balcony, laundry room, lots of storage, granite tops, excellent lighting, central air conditioning and television.
Unit 3 a beautifully decorated, fully furnished second level apartment home with two bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, entry foyer, large living-dining room (with queen size sofa bed), balcony, laundry room, lots of storage, granite tops, excellent lighting, central air conditioning and television.
Units 4 is a very private and beautifully decorated studio apartment with queen size bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, lots of storage, granite tops, excellent lighting, air conditioning and television. this fully equipped unit is on a second level accessed by a spiral stair and includes access to a huge furnished rooftop terrace.
Ocean Park Beach is a shot block away from UBH, which is also walking distance to major hotels and casinos, restaurants, pubs, gyms and shopping. The luxurious property is meticulously maintained and features gardens that are constantly upkeep by the owner's landscape architect, there is a 50 Kws Generator, 600 gls water tank and free WiFi. The swimming pool (9ft x 36ft) has his own pool bathroom.

The pool was gorgeous
Well to begin with Fernando the host was so amazing, he gave so many recommendations of places to see and restaurants to eat at! The location OMG is all I can say two blocks from the ocean and nothing but $5-13 uber rides to everything! And the home wowww is all i can say very modern, clean is an understatement washer,dryer pots pans pretty much everything u need u feel like ur at home!!! The pool was gorgeous sat and ate breakfast outside at the beautiful outside dinning table! Stayed here 5 days and must say I was in heaven I definitely will be returning. I rate this home way beyond 5 stars..........

Great restaurants and bars
Four of us stayed for 9 nights at this spectacular property! Check-in was a breeze... Fernando met us precisely at the agreed time, and provided a great overview of the property and all of its wonderful amenities. Bedrooms were very comfortable, kitchen was awesome, and the terracepool area was unbelievable... WiFi coverage everywhere! We enjoyed every single minute of our stay... wonderful neighborhood , great restaurants and bars close by, and just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again... Highly recommended!!

We will definitely be back
We stayed at the urban beach house for a full week and had a wonderful time! The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool is amazing. Some of the best restaurants we tried during our trip were only a block away, and the house was well stocked with beach towels, pool toys, and everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The host was always available by phone and text and responded to our questions in minutes. We will definitely be back!

Fernando is a great host
Fernando is a great host, easy to communicate and very very very friendly. The apartment is very comfortable, a lot amenities that make you feel like your home away from home, have a nice view of the street, one block away from the Beach and close to several good restaurant. Fernando gave me many tips about San Juan and definitely I will come back soon to Puerto Rico and would love to stay here back again.

The location is wonderful
This is the best host and house that I have ever seen. The location is wonderful, walking 3 minutes to the beautiful beach, Ocean Park. Driving 10 minutes to Old San Juan. And there're many restaurants, bakery near here. Fernando can speak English very well, we have no barrier to communicate. He always respond to my question as soon as possible, and tried his best to help us with traveling issues. The most greatest thing is, he permit us to check out 3 hours later than the standard time because of our delay flight. We really love Puerto Rico, thanks to Fernando, we have a perfect trip here.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay, very nice, stylish, clean and safe. Hosts were very helpful. It is located on a street that is very busy so it is very noisy at night so for light sleepers it might be difficult but its a great place.
