We welcome you to this recently remodeled apartment with fully AC . My place is for the urban traveler who also enjoys the luxury of being located only a few steps away from major interest points such as Condado, Ocean Park Beaches, Hotels, Casinos, and new gastronomy Mecca Loiza Street, and many more. Its a spacious 780 square foot apartment with one bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry area, kitchen, dining, living rooms, balcony and with a family room set up with a futon that is ideal for any group.
Our apartment is walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, pizzerias, and famous Boulangerie restaurant less than a minute walking distance from our apartment. Uber and public transportation service are available in the area, as a result, no car rental is necessary. Free off-street parking. Old San Juan is less than a 10 minutes drive from our place. Beach, Supermarket and restaurants are less than two minutes walk from the unit.
Easy lock box access. This is a gated building and access to floor apartments is only with an elevator key.

Very nice owner and great place to stay.
The owner picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief tour as we made our way back to the property. The property was in excellent condition and close to bars and the beach. We would definitely stay again.
