This is a unique property tucked back off of the main road. Owner lives quietly in upstairs unit with friendly canine companion. Off-road parking, covered porch, brick ocean-side patio w/ bonfire pit, fenced/ gated property. The salt air and the sound of the Atlantic Ocean are right at your door with direct private beach access. Tap into the peace and charm of this private home surrounded by extensive gardens.
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities --open dining area w/ breakfast bar plus outside dining area. Living room is cozy and accommodating... Fast WiFi/ HDTV/ DVD player, video library. The master bedroom has a king size bed plus a futon and HDTV. The second bedroom has built-in bunk beds w/ full-size bed above single bed below plus a rollaway bed. The apartment has fully tiled floors -- ideal beach living.
Your non-aggressive pets are welcome here. There is a $20.00 per nite per animal Pet Fee. Leashed pets are allowed on the beach.

Fantastic Ocean vacation

Amazing peaceful retreat!
This was our 13th anniversary trip. We have traveled to Jamaica and Mexico in the past for yearly celebrations. This year we wanted something special and different and that is exactly what we found at Blue Horizon. Patricia has a special gem and we are so thankful that she shared her home with us. It is a quaint old beach house that is a short walk over the sand dunes to a peaceful picturesque beach. My husband enjoyed fishing every morning while I enjoyed coffee and the sound of waves. Then during the day we would drive a short distance over the bridge to beautiful historic St Augustine. There are several very nice restaurants on Villano Beach- ask Patricia and she will gladly give you advice. Want something within walking distance? Puccini’s and Beaches are wonderful. Publix is literally across the street. The farmers market on Saturday in St Augustine beach is a must. We came seeking a tranquil relaxing vacation and received so much more. I only wish Blue Horizon was closer to us as this could easily become a retreat from reality, So needless to say we highly recommend this location and we count the days until we can return. Blue Horizon at Vilano Beach—Perfect cottage and location
This cottage is 5-Star! It was very clean, fully-equipped, beautifully decorated and just up a slight hill from the beach. Our hostess was great; she was always available to answer questions and shared her sweet dog, Blue, with us. We have never stayed in a better place through VRBO. Can’t say enough complimentary things—ABSOLUTELY GREAT!,
