The area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud. Today it is a popular and lively neighbourhood with a residential and business mix and a bustling art scene. Over 50 art galleries (10% of all those in London) operate here. The numerous media companies based in the area feed into a trendy and vibrant buzz.
 
Fitzrovia has more restaurants than you'll ever get to visit (with new ones popping up all the time). Michelin stars, British pub grub, easy Italians and sandwich shops. fish n chips, Peruvian cuisine, Chinese, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Filipino. We've got them all and everything in between.
 
Tourist London is easily accessible on foot or by tube.

Great Apartment in Great Location

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. Two bedrooms are close together and one is on the other side of the apartment. This worked very well. Everything is as decribed. Liz returned emails promptly. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

All was as advertised. Flat was clean and attractive with all the amenities. Location was great. Liz from HomeAway ensured that we had all info necessary to check in/out. We stayed during the London heatwave and despite having no a/c the flat stayed comfortable. I would stay here again.

Warmly recommended

Very good location! Clean and nice apartment. Suitable for 4-5 persons. A little narrow for 6 adults. Warmly recommended staying there for visiting London.
