One of two adjoining properties - Large Groups can Rent Both!
Apartment is located above a Security Showroom directly across from St. Mary's Hospital (where Prince George was recently born!) and only a one minute walk from Paddington Station.
 
There are several flights of stairs to climb after entering through the front door so access to disabled or elderly may be limited.
 
Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by the tiled terracotta floors, huge skylight and exposed brick wall of the living/dining room. A compact, but well equipped kitchen also awaits you. This has recently been renovated.
 
There is also a small rooftop patio for barbequing or sunbathing (weather permitting). SMOKING is confined to this area!
 
Also on the first floor of the maisonette is a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom comprising 4 single beds. Of special interest is the ornate gas fireplace. The large picture windows look out onto busy, cosmopolitan Praed Street.
 
Up one flight of stairs you will find three additional bedrooms, the bathroom and a utility closet, where washer and dryer are located. Two of the bedrooms are medium sized and furnished with double beds, while the third is much smaller and features bunk beds. Most bedrooms are provided with clock radios and hairdryers. Floors on the upper level are hardwood except for the bathroom which features black and white tiling.
 
Recessed lighting is featured throughout the apartment. There is central heating but no air conditioning although in the case of a heat wave we will provide fans.
 
Our housekeeper, Maria S., is available on request for extra cleaning (at your own expense). She lives very nearby so can be called if any problems should arise.
 
If you are part of a large group you can also rent our next door property which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons.

Wonderful Stay

Our group of nine (four adults and five kids) stayed comfortably at this flat! We still had an extra bed downstairs and could have put a couple more on couches. LOTS of room. GREAT location close to Paddington station for tube or trains. Food, cafes, restaurant, groceries... everything you could need right out your front door. Fans in every room helped with a little of the outside noise. Maria was great to answer all our questions and needs. Would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Very nice flat in a great location

We had a larger group and found the two flats to be a great place to stay. Very near the train and tube . Also near Hyde Park and many pubs, shops and restaurants.

Great accommodation

Overall an excellent property. Communication with owner was excellent and very prompt. Location is fantastic as it is only 1 block from the underground and rail station. I would recommend this property!
