Our privately owned Villa is located next to Jellystone campground/3 Bears Lodge waterpark.
We provide lodging only.
Water Park passes NOT included.
We offer more than the Jellystone villas and other private owners.

Cranfest $500 a night minimum three nights. 2018 is booked.
To keep our villa nice, we try to max at 6 adults but understand some family gatherings there can be more than 6,
Therefore there is a charge of $15 a night per person after 6 adults.
There's more cleaning and laundry for our cleaning staff with larger crews.

Last minute waterpark
Great location next to waterpark, and just south of well established ATV trail system. We could take the local ATV routes right from the villa to access county trail systems to the north, which was convenient.

Grandkids had a blast!!
The house was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Close to 2 water parks. Walking distance to one. The kids love roasting marshmellos for s'mores at the fire pit. Had a great time!
