Two lever condo on the main drag in center of Mammoth Lakes with several great restaurants and near shopping center within walking distance. All 3 bedrooms on the First Floor. Living Room, Dining and Kitchen and 1/2 Bath on the Second Floor
Master Bedroom - with a California King platform bed, TV & DVD Player. Full Bath in the master suite.
2nd Bedroom - with a Queen bed, TV , closet space
3rd Bedroom - with a full size bottom bunk bed, twin bed on top, PLUS a Queen size futon bed in same room.
Second Full Bath in the corridor serves 2nd and 3rd Bedroom.
Every bedroom has an electric wall heater. Main living area has a Eco-Friendly Pellet Stove. Spacious Living Room, Dining for 10 people and well equipped kitchen for all your needs.
Free Parking , up to 2 cars (3 cars in Summer months) - just in front of the Unit and Free Shuttle bus to the Mountain and All around the Town of Mammoth.
Bathrooms fully equipped with towels, shampoo, lotion, soap and hair dryer.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit available for our guests and plenty of storage in bedrooms for clothes while visiting.
Sierra Manors is our home away from home. We have lovingly remodeled this town-home so that when we use it ourselves its as if we never left home. We are constantly improving the unit - just installed new, double pane windows.
The spacious upstairs kitchen/living room/dining room area is light, sunny and airy with a cathedral ceiling and windows on both sides. The picture window looks out across the balcony and on to Lincoln Mountain. There is a Eco- friendly pellet stove with pellets provided for you that gives out warmth, heat and ambiance and it turns on simply though a thermostat!
The kitchen has been set up with all of the new amenities including a toaster, blender, coffee maker and microwave. We have cable TV, a Free High Speed Internet connection and a full entertainment center all available for guests, NOW WITH A NEW FLATSCREEN TV :)
The Sierra Manor Complex has a New Pool, 3 Jacuzzi/Sauna/Baths and Common Area Lounge you can setup for parties at special request.
There are parking spaces available right in the front of the unit and we provide parking permits for 3 cars. Also, directly opposite our town-home is the free shuttle bus stop running all year long all around Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Mountain.
The location of Sierra Manors is excellent, right in the center of Mammoth Lakes. Literally across the street is the popular restaurant/night spot Rafters with great life music and several other restaurants within a block. Free shuttle bus running all year long will take you to the Village in 5 minutes, to the slopes and all around Mammoth Lakes.
This is truly an incredible, magical place to stay for all seasons of the year!

Convenient and all-around vacation condo
Great location. Very convenient. Grocery stores, restaurants, ski rentals within walking distance (less than 5 min walk). Shuttle to mammoth was across the street!! The two room with their own beds were great. The bunk room was okay, beds were a little squeaky/old but doable. They had pots, pants, utensils, bowls, plates, etc. Some spices but when I was there, no oil or aluminum foil. But it wasn’t a problem. Quick and responsive host! We had a great stay, thank you!

Awesome Towhouse
Thank you so much. We really enjoyed the townhome in the middle of Mammoth Lakes. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and even the movie theater! And the townhome itself was incredibly well equipped for anything we might have wanted to do there. We will come again!

Very well stocked condo in the heart of Mammoth
Condo matches the description very well. it is very well stocked and can handle a large group. There wasn't enough stress on the fact that neighbors can hear everything and we got a noise complaint because my jet lagged 4 and 5 year old kids were up and going crazy at 5 am, my 5 year old has some hearing issues and is a little loud I don't think a noise complaint was necessary.
Summer mammoth weekend
Renting with Kesia was straightforward and well-explained. The property was spacious and full of need amenities. The location is ideal to grab meals and is close to main St. I would recommend staying with Kesia!

30th Birthday Get Away
I could not have asked for a better place to stay! GREAT location! Walking distance from shops and restaurants! Check in/out was super easy, no hassle. I would highly recommend staying here!

A week stay in a Mammoth
My family of 10 (including 5, 2, & 1 yr old) stayed for a week here are my pros: -Clean condo with easy check in -Parking for 3 vehicles -Storage locker for fishing poles -Well stocked with amenities! Plenty of towels, shampoos & soaps if you forgot yours, kitchen supplies (except for bbq tongs) -WiFi and cable provided -BBQ on balcony -Kids loved the games and toys! -Plenty of space for everyone! -Location close to restaurants and shops Cons: -Location a little too close for us. We like being more secluded. -The beds in the bunk room were not comfortable and squeaky! -Non heated pool - kids were disappointed. -Could not figure out washer & dryer- they kept stopping and washer would not drain all the water. - wish there were screens on bunk room window. It got stuffy and hot at night All in all it was a very nice place to stay. We had so much fun except for it raining everyday in the afternoon.

Walking Distance to Everything
We rented this condo because the location was perfect for the 3 teenagers we had with us. 19, 18 and 15 and they could walk, ride their bikes or take the free trolly wherever they wanted which was great. Its closeness to the restaurants and coffee shops was ideal and we highly recommend Roberto's right up the street for Mexican food. The free trolly will take you all over the place and the drivers are great about letting you off right in front of the condo if you ask. You can walk to grocery stores very easily as well. The thing with being downtown is you have to sacrifice the location for some noise so if you are looking for super quiet and serene this isn't the place for you. The street is noisy as well as the pool area that is right outside the kitchen window. The restaurant across the street also had live music on Saturday night until 2 am and leaving their doors wide open led to lots of noise coming right into the master bedroom. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. My pet peeve when we rent a home is where they advertise it is suitable for 5-6 people but the living room seats 3 people; this condo had plenty of comfy seating for everyone. My other pet peeve is lack of hooks for towels and hanging stuff, this condo had so many hooks in the hall for our helmets and beach towels and hammocks we could never have filled them all so we loved that! The only thing I would caution is if you are bringing bikes there is no garage for storage which I forgot to ask about so having to haul them inside every time we rode was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Saturday the power went out all over town and the owner did contact us to update us on what was going on which was nice, It was only inconvenient as far as we were in the middle of making coffee/breakfast but at no fault to the owner we just packed up and headed out for some hiking because we weren't in Mammoth to be indoors anyway. :) Kitchen is well stocked as are the linens. The pool is freezing cold and not heated and the jacuzzi next to the pool is broken but there is one around the corner that is bigger and more private, you just have to walk around until you find it. Super easy check-in/check out process. I'd say kid-friendly as well as long as you are okay with stairs if you had a real little one you could bring a gate for the top of the stairs since the living area and kitchen are upstairs. Do the hike to Devils Postpile it's amazing!
