Our beautiful, newly decorated, newly painted beach house is exactly what you have been looking for! Located in THE perfect location on Gulf Blvd. in Redington Beach where you can watch the sunrise or sunset over beautiful Redington Beach OR pristine Boca Ciega Bay from our “Crow’s Nest” balcony every day of the year! Redington Beach is arguably one of the most sun-drenched beaches in America! That's because this amazing part of Florida sees sunlight 361 days out of the year. Put on your swimsuit and flipflops, walk out the front door and cross the street onto the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. You will literally be from door to beach in just a few short minutes with beach access being a few houses to the north or south on Gulf Blvd. (The photo of our house from the beach will give you a feel for how close we are to the beach. Unfortunately a new home has since been built on the formerly empty lot. Nevertheless we still have a great view of the beach and, of course our proximity to the beach hasn't changed).
Our “Key West” style beach house sleeps up to 12 people VERY COMFORTABLY! The Second Level (Main Level) of the home has new beach wood floors and has recently been painted. New furniture and beach themed home décor throughout the home will engulf your senses throughout your beach vacation stay. Our Main floor has a fully stocked, modern kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans and appliances any cook could ask for! The great room and dining area provide ample space for large gatherings of friends and family. A rock fireplace, 48” 1080P flat screen TV with 200w sound bar provides access to DirecTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other popular streaming services. Even the kids can play on the X Box Gaming System complete with 11 games and dual controls.
Follow the hallway to Bedroom #1, furnished with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). The ELEVATOR that provides comfortable access to both floors opens into this bedroom.
Continue down the main hallway to the fully tiled “Grand Bathroom” with 2 sinks, jetted tub, separate shower. Bedroom #2, with brand new carpet contains a new queen bed and 24” 1080P flat screen TV, also with satellite and streaming video access. Across the hallway is the master bedroom. With access to the grand bathroom the master bedroom is the perfect place to retreat and rest after an amazing day at the beach. Lay back and relax to your 32” 1080P flat screen TV. Watch what you want! After all, you have satellite and streaming TV access to thousands of viewing choices! Every room in the house includes Bluetooth portable stereo units so you can listen to your downloaded music with crisp clear sound at any level.
Two roll away twin beds add extra sleeping space for larger groups. The Main level will sleep up to 8 people.
The first floor unit is all tile and has been freshly painted and decorated. With a mini kitchen, complete with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, appliance, cooking and eating utensils.
The elevator opens to a comfortably sized room we recently furnished with bunk beds to give our guests additional sleeping space!. The Main Family Room is furnished with a large, brand new sectional couch and an 'XL Twin' futon. This area is perfect for smaller gatherings. When it is time to go to bed, the gathering area comfortably sleeps 4 people. The family room is also furnished with a 40” 1080P flat screen TV with satellite and streaming access.
Directly off the Family room is a bedroom furnished with a brand new full sized bed and a bunk bed. Perfect for parents with small children. A bathroom with a shower finish off the 1st level living area. Of course all the rooms include top line Bluetooth sound systems and are decorated in cheerful beach décor!
The first floor level comfortably sleeps 6 people. Combining both levels a large family or group of 14 people can comfortably rest for the night.
Beach parking won’t be a problem here! No more costly parking fees while spending time at the beach! With a 2.5 car garage and a half circle driveway, 3-4 cars can park! By the way, the garage includes a full washer and dryer and it is stocked with all the gear you could possibly need for your Florida beach vacation! Beach toys, fishing gear, picnic coolers, beach blankets, umbrellas, beach chairs and more! 11 bicycles and 2 child scooters will make your local commute or touring an absolute pleasure! Winn Dixie Market and CVS pharmacy are only 2 blocks down the street, not to mention 'The Surf Shop', located about a block from the house and 'John's Pass', a favorite destination of locals and visitors which is less than two miles down Gulf Blvd. John's pass is home to 'Buba Gumps', 'Hooters', local pizzerias, beach bars, deep sea fishing tours, a marina and lots of shopping. 'John's Pass' is a 'must see' on your list of places to visit. If mini golf is your pleasure, you can walk one block south and enjoy yourself! We have you covered for your daily walk/bike to the beach. With luxurious, over sized beach towels provided for each guest, 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, a rolling/backpack cooler, 4 mini coolers, loads of children’s beach toys and 7 body boards, your family has everything necessary for hours of fun and relaxation at our pristine beach! And… after a sandy day at the beach, shower off with our back yard shower!
A six burner BBQ grill and patio fire pit does the trick for restful nights in the back yard. The back porch is made up of beautiful shale and is surrounded by dozens of palm trees and fauna, natural to the Florida Gulf Coast. Want to check out the beach and the sunrise or sunset? You can do so from the oversized deck that can be accessed from either of 2 French Doors that open off the Main Level Great Room. Walk up another level to our “Crows Nest Deck”. Now you are above it all! To the east, your view is that of the Intracoastal Waterway known as Boca Ciega Bay. To the west is an unimpeded view of the crashing waves against the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Patio furniture on every deck and in the backyard finish off the accouterments that ensure your total comfort throughout your vacation stay.
Even though you have all you need for an amazing vacation and never need to leave the house, you are located in THE premiere location on Florida's Gulf Coast! The 'Suncoast Beach Trolley' and the 'Pinnelas Suncoast Transit Authority' buses pass the house every 15-30 minutes 365 days a year! The stop is located directly at the base of our driveway!

My Happy Place
This place was everything we hoped for and more. Craig is a wonderful host. He always answered right away if I had a question. The beach is just right across the street ( a minute walk ) The house has everything that you will need. You just need to bring your clothes. Charlie was a wonderful person he also got right back to you if you needed him. My kids loved sitting around the big farm table playing board games or just talking. There is so much to do here and see, We are already planing on coming back next year if Craig will have us. It only allows me to give a 5 star rating but to me it deserves a 10 or more. So if you want a great beach house make this your next vacition stay. I promise you are going to love it just like we did! Oh yeah the best picture are on top of the crows nest!

Perfect for Extended Family Vacation
Our family thoroughly appreciated this property. We had four family units, including two toddlers and two 5 year olds. Everyone found a good place to sleep, great central locations to gather, and a perfect location close to my parent's condo in north Madeira Beach. The accessibility to the beach was important to us as was the location near to the grandparent's condo. This property was spacious and clean. It offered many amenities which we appreciated. To that point, the grill needs a bit of attention/updating as our Chef nearly burned the shrimp for our tacos when the grill went up in flames. The downstairs unit can be completely separated from the upstairs, which can be good and bad. There was a humidity/soggy-ness to the downstairs, but that may have been caused by the weather in Florida at the moment. The money value for hosting this many people in one place is excellent and we appreciated this very much. This was a perfect place for our extended family as we joined other family at their condo on Madeira Beach.
