Kick your feet up on the new screened in patio, cross the bridge to the Beach, BBQ in the back yard with a view of the intracoastal waterway. This newly remodeled 50's home with terrazzo floors is Florida Living at it's best! Just across the bridge to laid back Singer Island - a 20 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and one of the top beaches in Florida. The island is just across the inlet from Palm Beach Island and a ferry ride to Peanut Island. There are beautiful parks, restaurants, spas, fishing , diving, snorkeling all within a short bike ride. Palm Beach International airport is 20 minutes away, Fort Lauderdale is 1 hour and Miami Airport 90 minutes. 15 minutes drive for sunfest in May
Our newly remodeled kitchen offers a great place to entertain with a large counter and 4 stools, a passthru window to the new screened in porch, and an outside patio with a BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked, has an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and keurig coffee maker. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms- a master with a queen bed and cable tv, and a second room with 2 twin beds. The living room has windows on 2 sides and a standing view of the boats in the background. Casa Pelican is tastefully decorated , fully equipped and ready for your enjoyment.

Just what we needed
Had such a relaxing week at Casa Pelican! The house was adorable and so clean! The appliances are all brand new and the kitchen has all the essentials. It is close to several great beaches and restaurants. Julie and Olivier are wonderful hosts! We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

Cute and Comfortable
Cute, comfortable and well kept property. A slice of old Florida charm with all the modern amenities. Close to the beach and all boating and water sports. Convenient to local grocery store, drug store and other shopping. For enjoying Florida's great outdoors, there is a beautiful screened-in patio, deck and bar-b-que area.
