Absolutely Perfect
We enjoyed this home so much and are looking forward to another visit this summer. The house was immaculate and equipped with everything one would want, The landscaping and outside patios are very inviting. All in all, an extremely charming home where you really do want to stay longer.

Beyond Terrific
This place is perfect! The home is very well furnished and equipped. This made for a very comfortable stay for the four of us. We cooked and ate here, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the patio and the grounds. The house was immaculate and was even better than it looked in the pictures. The location is minutes from Solvang and Los Olivos. The area is quiet and restful. We definitely would recommend this to friends and family.

Creekside Adobe
Wonderful place for a peaceful, relaxed getaway retreat. The place was fully stocked with every amenity you could think of. Upscale but modest with gorgeous scenery and warm and friendly atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and commercial wineries are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we are going back soon!

A lovely retreat in the valley. Summer nights around the fire pit were a perfect way to end a day of wine tasting and sight seeing.

Amazing Thanksgiving
We stayed here last thanksgiving. It was great because we had every kitchen utensil we needed and were able to have a great thanksgiving dinner. The yard was so beautiful to sit in at night. There are wineries that are walking distance and also there is a cute miniature donkey farm that we walked to. I'd definitely stay here again!

Christmas in Santa Ynez Valley
Our Group consisted of four adults and one teenager. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us with our daughter using the twin that was in our room that also had a queen. My parents had their own room and bath at the other end of the house. The bathrooms were large with a nice offering of sample size shampoos and lotions. Dinning room had a large table to accommodate large gatherings. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, the only thing we couldn't find were steak knifes. We did buy a few miss matched ones at a thrift store and left them. The house was nicely decorated for Christmas including a tree and lights. My only complaint about the décor was the furniture in the living room looked attractive but was not very comfortable. The back yard is large, private and full of unique and eclectic playful décor items hidden in the trees and bushes. One of my favorite memories is sitting in the backyard at night with the fire pit going and a big beautiful chandelier lit hanging from a old tree. We made friends with a black kitten who loved being around the fire pit. Plenty of red oak wood was available for the fire pit and live fire grill to cook on. The house is located in a very quiet area with a supermarket about 10 minutes driving distance. A miniature horse ranch just minutes away and a miniature donkey farm walking distance. A bottle of local Clairmont Farms lavender lotion in the bathroom prompted a short trip to the local farm to purchase my own along with pure oils. Chumash Casino is about 15 minutes away offering free play money to Los Angeles visitors who sign up for their playing club, I was given $100.00 in free slot play money (still Lost:( ) Owner Henry was quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely recommend this house for a family or two couples looking for a nice getaway. We arrived the Day after Christmas

A perfect stay
Prior to this rental, my last couple of house rentals were sorely lacking - nothing in the kitchen, not enough bedding... so I completely overpacked for our girls' weekend getaway. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and toured the property with Leticia (who's super sweet!) - it had everything we needed! From sugar cubes for our coffee to wood for the firepit, Henry thinks of everything his guests may need for a relaxing and wonderful stay. The house is perfectly appointed, and the right amount of space for the 6 of us to cook, eat, relax, and enjoy each other's company. And the LOCATION! We could walk to the wineries on Alamo Pindado, and everything you want to see is within a 5 minute drive. We couldn't be happier with our stay, and hope to visit again the next time we're in the area. Thanks so much for a great home base!

Convenient location and fantastic back yard
He worked with me on payment and we confirmed the rental. We met his cleaning lady at the property to pick up keys and wow does she do a great job keeping this home in beautiful condition. The furnishings are unique and definitely a conversation piece. The best part of the home was the French doors leading to a private backyard. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it due to cold weather but we all agreed we would come back another time to sit out back with a glass of wine.

Lovely Ballard home
We used this home for a getaway with our adult children. It is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need and well located. The Ballard Inn (great dining) is but a few yards away. We had to reschedule due to some unforeseen issues and Henry was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!
