Whip up a meal for your hungry guests in the modern and updated kitchen complete with full-size appliances and bright and airy dining. Or, keep it simple by throwing some steaks on the outdoor grill as you watch the turquoise ocean view. You can dine outside in the screened-in lanai or head inside to the six-person dining room table.
Get together for a game night or movie marathon in the living room with cathedral ceilings, large screen TV and huge cozy sectional. Fun is the name of the game in Provo, but if you do need to get some work done, the house has free Wi-Fi and office space in the living room area. Other convenient amenities include A/C, fans, washer and dryer.
Rest up in the first-floor master bedroom that boasts a queen bed, modern décor and large ocean view windows. The en-suite master bath offers a tiled walk-in shower and also is a guest bedroom that offers a full bed en-site with a large ocean view windows.
All your guests will find comfortable places to sleep as well; on the second level the first bedroom has a master king bed and the second has two beds queen and full, ideal for the kids. If you need even more sleeping space, the upstairs offers a full sleeper mattress and twin bed. The upstairs bedrooms share a guest bath with bathtub.
Ideal for all experience levels. Cool off from the Provo heat in the Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool or devour the latest best-seller on one of the sun loungers. You also have access to the beach area.
Location, Location, Location!
Hop in the car and in a few minutes you’re right at the Grace Bay strip. All of the restaurants, grocery store, medical center, church and other fun things to do including Play Land for the kids, are close by and easy to get to.

Great property for two families
It was a nice place with plenty of space to spread out for our two families traveling together. The ocean views were great. We liked the ability to have our own fully stocked kitchen to make breakfast and snacks. We had an issue with the power one night and owners took care of it right away with the power company. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and extra snorkel gear. My only complaint was that the pool was too cold to use which was a bummer for the kids. I would highly suggest a rental car if booking this house so you can go to the store and explore better beaches.

Great home, quiet and beautiful
We had two families at the house for a week. The layout was good for two families, four adults and five children. The view is spectacular and it's a three minute walk down to a very quiet section of the beach. The owners were quick to respond to a couple very minor things, and remedied them quickly. This is a quieter part of the island and you get quite a bit of privacy. It is a quick drive out of the Long Bay Hills for exploring other parts of the island. The kitesurfing is amazing and Long Bay is probably one of the top places in the world to learn. We definitely hope to come back and stay at this property.
