The space
The brand new home was finished in November of 2019. Rough sawn beams used throughout. Rustic wood floors, brand new Stainless steel appliances, large smart tv. Private balcony off of the master bedroom. Remote controlled fan/lights and remote controlled heating and cooling. Breathtaking mountain views seen over the peaceful lake. The home has a modern/rustic farmhouse vibe.
Guest access
Enjoy the entire home, the firepit out back by the water, the dock, canoe and parking area across the rd. Breathtaking views from both porches and the entire backyard.
Other things to note
This home does not use lake water in any part of its plumbing. Fresh mountain water for drinking, bathing and dishes.
