Linga Awile villa, 3 bedroom is a delightful beachfront villa in Jamaica, on the sparkling Discovery Bay, right next to but privately hidden away from Coral Cove 5 bedroom, its sister property. Linga Awile villa is a beautiful three bedroom residence. The sister villas are perfect Jamaica villas for large groups and offer 8 air-conditioned bedrooms with 8 en suite bathrooms altogether. They can be rented together or separately. If they are rented separately, they are very individual villas in privacy and have their own swimming pool and beachfront and own separate staff.
Both villas Jamaica have a beautifully landscaped, large lawn and individual expansive swimming pools. Right beyond these is the amazing 150' white sand beach with two thatched umbrellas. The 2 picnic tables and outdoor barbecues are perfect for outdoor meals, whereas the charming seaside gazebo provides the ideal spot for some quiet time or for watching the sun set, while sipping delicious tropical drinks.
Linga Awile villa has 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with telephone and televisions, and en suite bathrooms on the first floor. The pretty new family room is equipped with satellite television, CD player and sound system.
The villas in Jamaica are the perfect choice for a large group of guests, who can rent both simultaneously. Meals can then be served in one place. If different groups are residing in each villa, they can dine inside each villa on the open-air patios or on the picnic tables at the beach. The gourmet chefs can plan lavish beach parties on the beach complete with torch lights and delectable menus including chops, chicken, lobster, fresh fish or steaks, served sizzling hot from the outdoor grills.
Linga Awile villa come with complimentary kayaks, a floating bar and a swim-up deck. Water sports enthusiasts can avail more facilities a few minutes' drive away . Only 30 minutes away is Ocho Rios, the lively venue for excellent restaurants, night life, open-air craft markets, shops and clubs. Guests can buy day passes; enjoy several water sports, rafting on the Martha Brae, Prospect Plantation Great House, dramatic Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove that allows guests to swim with the dolphins with prior reservation.
Very large groups looking for villa rentals in Jamaica with more than the combined 8 bedrooms offered by Coral Cove (5 br) and Linga Awile (3br) Cottage, can also reserve Sundown and Sugar Bay. Both of these lovely villas are located on either side of Linga Awile and Coral Cove, altogether providing a total of 18 bedrooms, 1 tennis court, 4 swimming pools and 16 staff members. Montego Bay Airport is only at a 60 minute drive from Discovery Bay.

Total relaxation in paradise for the entire family!
We absolutely loved LInga Awhile! It was the perfect way to get away! The staff were so friendly and accommodating - all 3 of our kids loved Casitas cooking. We were able to preorder certain foods we wanted on hand, but we let Casita cook her specialties and it was wonderful! We loved the fresh squeezed orange juice! It was such a joy to not have to worry about meals/what to cook/what time to eat. We could swim and play with the kids and not have a care in the world!! A true vacation! We felt safe the entire time as someone was always on the premises. The first night there was some noise from the local beach, but after that it was quiet. We did a family trip, with 7 of us. So much to do right on the property - pool, kayak, snorkel, swim. Pool is small, but it was private and perfect for us!! There were beach/pool toys available for us to use. We hired a driver for the week so that we could do some excursions with the kids in nearby Ocho Rios (swim with dolphins, waterfalls, shopping). Staff helped us arrange whatever we needed (hair braids for the girls, done right at the villa, souvenier shopping - a cart came right to the house - only per our request. There are no local sellers trying to sell anywhere near the home). We will come back again - wish we could come every year!!!

Third Stay!!
In February we stayed at Linger Awhile for the third year in a row and have already booked next year, which goes a long way as far as a review goes. My main goal is to relax for the entire stay, since my job is very physical. I took full advantage of the hammock, gazebo, chaise, and lounge chair as well as the beach and pool. One my favorite things is to have coffee in the pool with my girlfriends every morning while the men did their own thing. I did not sleep late, however, because it's much too beautiful to miss. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They made a birthday cake for our party, and special meal requests were granted without hesitation. I love this place! It's the highlight of my year.
