OWNER OF RESIDENCE:
The Owner and your personal assistant can assist in designing menus and grocery list to be in your residence prior to arrival. (food not included but personal shopper available to get groceries, charge would be posted to your personal incidental bill and to be paid upon check out) Vacation starts immediately when you arrive. Cold beer, margaritas, fresh made guacamole, home made salsa, and authentic tortilla chips can be arranged for your arrival. Happy to help you design your itinerary, if needed.
MAJORDOMO (BUTLER)
Includes majordomo from 9 am to 4 pm daily to assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, afternoon snacks, special beverage drinks etc.
The butler really makes it a true vacation for everyone. (Including mom and the person planning the trip for everyone). Everyone gets to relax with a majordomo.

Like fresh ceviche, guacamole and Mexican salsa when you return from the pool or activity. A freshly made margarita with secret recipe ready with your afternoon snacks. The sliding glass doors go into the walls, make it indoor and outdoor living, great to open up and enjoy sunset.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT:
A personal assistant will contact you two weeks in advance to assist in arranging airport transportation, pre-arrival groceries, spa reservations, dinner reservations, activities, car rentals, golf, fishing, family photographer, special occasion, room amenity etc.
LUXURY YACHT OR SPORT FISHING YACHT OPTION:
60' Viking Sport Fisher and Viking Sport Cruiser, fully maintained, with professional captain and crew expertly knowledgeable in local waters. 4 hour (half day) or 8 hour (full day) charters available. Actual gas usage and crew gratuity not included.
You can charter during the day with water activities (snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching, chilling in the sun with music and drinks) or a sunset cruise.
Residences at Pedregal Information:
Located on a private beach, you get to the resort by a private tunnel. This tunnel keeps the location exclusive, secluded and easy access to make everything walking distance to town, marina, harbor and night time activities. Easy to walk home after dinner and dancing. You can also walk to take a water taxi at the marina to go to Medano Beach for water activities and other restaurant options, if interested.
Location! Location! Location! It is the only 5 star resort that is walking distance to town and marina. Other 5 star resorts are 30 minute taxi rides. Totally gated, private and secured resort. Amazing location to walk.
You have full access to the resort including your own private Ocean Front Beach Club, your own resort within a resort, with fire pits at night, gazebo, Jacuzzi, infinity pool, kids pool with water falls and in room dining.

Capella is simply Magical!
There was no better place for my husband and I to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and my birthday on 5/14/14. In my search I came across this listing and it captured me! After seeing the pictures of the property and reading the amazing reviews, I knew I had to look no further! Capella and Theresa make your trip an experience that begins before you even arrive to Cabo. Theresa was always very responsive and attentive, she was always full of recommendations to make your trip even more special! She accomodated us with a unit that was perfect for my husband and I. Rosa our personal assistant contacted us prior to our trip to offer assitance with airport transportation, activities and anything our heart desired and even called us the day prior. At the airport we were greeted by a Cappella staff member who gave us a warm welcome, then we finally arrived at the exclusive Capella! After going thru the Capella tunnel we were greeted by the beautiful ocean views and friendly Cappella staff who gave us welcome Margaritas. Our personal assistant Rosa gave us a tour of and escorted us to our room. One word to describe the room.. IMPECABLE. It was perfection! The most amazing ocean view, romantic guitar music playing, floor to ceiling glass doors,the smell of the fresh ocean breeze, it was spacious and clean. Words can't describe how stunning our room was. Every staff member ar Capella exuded warmth and first class customer service. We did not want to leave Capella! We enjoyed their food at the Beach Club, Don Manuels and El Farallon. All highly recommended or you can always order room service and enjoy from your private terrace. El Farallon was our favorite dining experience and a MUST DO at Capella! My husband partnered with our personal assistant Rosa to give me the most beautiful suprise, a 10 year vow renewal ceremony at the beach front Gazebo! On our last day Rosa and other staff members met us to wish us a safe trip back home, and again we were greeted by another Capella staff member at the airport who helped us with getting our return boarding passes and luggage. Capella has a reputation for being the best, from taxi drivers to other tourists we met on our trip they all had heard of the stunning Capella and knew of the first class service and ammenities.We look forward to planning more trips to Cabo and Theresa will be the first person we call! P.S another must do is the Tropicat wine and jazz boat tour!!!!

Amazing and Must go!!
Had an amazing trip staying in this residence. Highly recommend for couples, girls getaway or families. The resort was beautiful, service impeccable and food delicious. Can not wait to go back. The owner was so easy to work with, incredibly responsive and helpful!

A Very Special Getaway!!
My husband and I just returned from Capella and feel as if we have found a new paradise! The resort property and this residence are amazing in every way. The stunning beachfront ocean views, privacy, immaculate surroundings, superb cuisine and the friendly world class service of the staff made this a truly special experience. The warmth of the staff and the assistance from Theresa, our host, were superb. Her recommendations made for an exquisite time. We both travel the world a great deal...this is a marvel.

Like A Dream!
We just got back from the residence and had most wonderful vacation. Jose, the butler, was amazing and Theresa, the owner was so gracious. It's been only three days since we got back but we already miss it. It was like a home away from home. From our hard to impress three teenagers to 73 year old mom were thoroughly impressed and attest that it was the best vacation ever.

Everything you could Ever ask for
Can I say that it was the most amazing place we have stayed and trust me we have stayed at some good places. Incredible Resort
Our family of four just returned home from Pedregral where we rented a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath beach front unit from Theresa. The unit was two story just in front of the children's pool. The location was centrally located and furnished/stocked perfectly. Jose was an incredible chef and a joy to have around. The resort is beautiful and all of the staff fantastic calling us by name and remembering our personal preferences. Theresa and Rosey were instrumental in helping us plan the trip as this was our first time to Cabo. Excellent restaurant recommendations and we rented Carina Yacht from Theresa for a day which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely return!

The most beautiful, perfect getaway
I cannot recommend this villa or resort enough! I organized a trip for a group of girls through Theresa and she was incredibly helpful through the process. I knew it was going to be nice but I was honestly blown away, and so was my group. The resort is incredible, breathtaking and the staff goes above and beyond for you. The staff would pick us up from the villa in golf carts and bring us to dinner, or to the gates to walk into town. Everything was so easy. The villa was gorgeous, and really blew my expectations away. It was spotless, spacious and perfect for a group. Our majordormo, Sebastian, made our stay that much better - he was so sweet, helpful and made us delicious snacks and breakfast! We also rented a private yacht through Theresa which was wonderful. I seriously cannot recommend this enough, I was so happy with our stay I can't really think of many complaints!!
