Rental Notes
Please contact owner for actual rates. Rates listed are estimates and actual rate will be based on the dates, # of adults, and total # of nights. Longer stays receive lower nightly rates. Non-Holiday Early and Late Winter rates start at $595 per night, 3 night minimum.Special rates for midweek and off season. Inquire for in season and holiday rates. The all-inclusive rate includes, Sheets and towels, firewood, plowing, trash pickup, etc. It also includes a final cleaning of the house at the end of the rental. The kitchen is supplied with garbage bags, saran wrap, paper towels, aluminum foil, and assorted other paper and plastic goods. Dish and dishwasher soap and all of your cleaning supplies should be there as well. The kitchen will also come equipped with a number of items like most spices, salt and pepper, vanilla, flour, sugar, vinegar, oil, tea, etc. These are the things which can add up if you have to go out and buy them for just one meal.
Significantly reduced rates for summer and fall rentals. Pet owners ourselves, but we would need to discuss if you would like to bring your pet. additional fees may be involved.

Big ski house to handle a big family. Very close to the ski resort.
Michael was super nice and helpful. The instructions from himwas detailed with enough information for us to know how to handle the home. The house is big with everything we need to stay during the holidays. Plenty firwoord around. It is an old house uses electric heating. The home is very private and well maintained. A great ski house, about 3 minutes drive to sugarbush mountain resort. We will definitely come back again.

Our family had a great time at the Last Resort. It was the perfect place for a family week away with our three children and spouses and 8 grand children.

Extended family vacation
We had a great vacation at The Last Resort! The cabin was as pictured and roomy enough for multiple families. Michael responded timely to questions and concerns. Instructions were clear for check in/check out. We didn't have any water pressure/heat issues as some other reviews stated but spaced out showers and laundry/dishwasher. The location is absolutely stunning!

Great house
Worked perfectly for our group who were attending an event at Norwich. The house is dated but comfortable and had plenty of space for us all. The deck is great and the view magnificent. We would definitely return.

Perfect for a Guys' Weekend
This place was perfect for our guys' weekend. 8 guys all got their own beds, and only two of us had to share a room at all (and that was the king-size bunk beds). Everything was solid, battle-tested, and reliable. No problems of any kind, and a completely enjoyable stay.
