We are offering for rent our 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom very private west facing cabin and guest cabin on Roy Lake in Nisswa MN. Roy is a very clean and beautiful 350 acres lake and is part of the 15,000 acre Gull Lake Chain for endless boating and fun! This is the perfect property for families offering a completely remodeled property with a main floor Queen bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs offers a lake view loft with a full size futon leading to a large bedroom offering 2 queen beds and a full private bath. 10 feet from the main cabin you will find the guest cabin, also remodeled with a TV/living area area, single bunk beds and a private queen bedroom and another full bath. The outside gives you a mix of sun and shade, new large lakeside deck and lots of seating room around the fire-pit. There is a nice sand beach, swimming raft, dock, kayak and paddle boat available for your use. Located in a very nice bay facing west for great sunsets and extended afternoons. Catch fish right off the dock while you visit with family and watch the kids swim!

Awesome Cabin
My group and I LOVED this cabin! The place was in excellent condition and we were greeted with a friendly note and bottle of wine! The indoor and outdoor places were the perfect set up for all our vacation activities. Tim was great to work with and so helpful with anything we needed before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend booking this cabin and our group will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway
The whole property was wonderful. There are cabins a short distance to each side but you would not know that they were even there. Lots of nice woods. Outstanding views, the grandchildren loved swimming in the lake and catching fish off the dock. Easy access to the chain of lakes so the big kids got in some fishing too. Only a 15 minute bike ride into Nisswa to take advantage of the restaurants and shops. About 5 minutes by car. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot. Can’t wait to go back. There were 7 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room.
