Description
This Brand new just built home has a river in its backyard with three safe watering holes. You can literally go to sleep with the sounds of the river. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A brand new kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. There is Pool and activities area in the bottom level of the house with pin pong table. You can access the river from the gated backyard and there is also a bbq pit with pig roaster as well. All the bedrooms have A/C ,wifi and cable.

Events like wedding or quineceneras we have extra space for cars and roofed outdoor space.
Guest access
direct access to an amazing watering holes of safe natural river straight from the backyard. We have gorgeous pool and the rainforest is just 8 minutes drive away and the beach of Luquillo is just 15 minutes away.
