I really loved the pool

I have a 3 bed, 2 bath condo in Arlington Heights, IL. My vacation to Ft. Myers back in early October of '09 could not have been better, and the biggest reason for that was the fact that I stayed at this place for the entire duration of my trip. I loved this place! The condo actually felt a lot like home. Honestly, I found it very difficult to leave once the vacation was over, and I'm usually one who is ready to go towards the tail end of a trip. It's decorated very well and the owner is a fantastic person and someone I would definitely do business with again. My fiance and I do intend to rent this place again at some point later this year (if she doesn't already have it booked solid for the next 3 years, which she should if enough people knew about this place and what type of a person she is). I honestly can't say enough about my experience in Florida staying at this place. It was truly the best vacation we have had in years. The amenities that this gated community provides will blow your mind! It's a beautiful development, and I really loved the pool! I give my experience staying at this condo 5 out of 5 stars without hesitation! I can't wait to get back there soon!

Home away from Home

This was a great experience. We had everything thing we could possibly need in the rental. . As soon as we arrived to the condo we were ready to hit the town running, but once we settled in, we felt so at home that we just had to take that first day for some R&R. We explored that community and found this great club house/ pool area that we just could not pass up. Laid out, took a dip in the pool later the hot tub, which was great in the early evening... The location was great, we went to Sanibel island then Fort Myers beach in no time at all. Dinning was also really nice because we had lots of options all around us, plus a Publix across the street. All in all I can't wait to go back to Fort Myers for another vacation. I would most definitely be renting at Beach Walk again.

Paradise in Fort Myers

Jsu..........what can Sharon and I say but "paradise found". Your beautiful condo had all the amenities needed for a month long vacation. Beautifully situated....You were available to give us all the information needed for a peaceful vacation. This place is super. Close to Sanibel and Captiva.......unspoiled shelling Island beaches.Fabulous shopping and restaurants. Comfortable furniture. Thank you Jsu for making this vacation unforgettable.

The listing description is accurate regarding the location. The photos accurately reflect the appearance. The property is shiny clean and well maintained. It was very quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. I hope to stay here again. Target is just across the street from the property. A gas station adjoins the property. Fort Myers Beach is fabulous and nearby. Shopping, restaurants, dancing, and Sannibel Island are nearby. The swimming pool, hot tub, and workout room are excellent. The property has beautiful palm trees and the grounds are well kept and beautiful.

Excellent Location and amenities

Gardens At Beachwalk is an excellent location where I enjoyed time over the past 3 years. The property is well maintained and upon arrival everything was tidy and organized. The location is great as it took less than five minutes to get to the beach and only about ten or so to the island of Sanibel and Captiva. Even when I wasn't out at the beaches, the pool and clubhouse at the community are excellent to spend the day relaxing at. The gym was great also. I would and have recommened this vacay spot to friends and family. The arrangements were very straight forward and hassle free. Thanks for a great time!

Plenty of room

Property was clean and comfortable. I would highly recomend this property to anyone wanting to just get away. Grocery store, Walgreens, Target, Public Library all very close some within walking distance. Tanger oulet about 5 minutes away. Ft Meyers Beach about 5.5 miles but Ft Meyers Beach traffic at certain times of day can make this a time consuming trip.

Ideal place to vacation

Beautiful, well kept condo in a great area of Ft. Myers, Fl. Owner is wonderful to deal with and took great care of our needs. We will definitely be back again one day.

Great Location

We stayed in this condo during the month of February 2011 and found the condo was as described and very comfortable for a party of 4. The owner was very good to deal with and the condo is part of a complex where buildings and grounds are very well maintained. There is a community clubhouse with pool, exercise and game rooms. This condo is very located for access to shopping, restaurants, the beach, golf and generally visitng anywhere around Fort Myers and Naples. The condo has wireless internet and the comfort of air conditioning. Our home is Ontario Canada and the weather in Fort Myers in February was unbelievably good and we will be returning to stay much longer and for many more winters as a result of our exceptional experience during the month of February 2011.
