So relaxing
Beautifully renovated. Gorgeous marsh views any time of day. Kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Our family of 3, plus our furry child, had a wonderful time!

A great week
We had a great week visiting the island. Our mornings were spent riding in the golf cart to one or two the beaches, long walks on the beach, then lunch and more exploring of the island. We walked in the marsh, , the forest, and visited the sights. We enjoy the membership to the BHI club for dinner and also ate at MoJo's. The condo was great, had everything we needed, including dog bowls. Jack the dog enjoyed the stay also. He found several horseshoe crabs on the beach and we found a dead sea turtle (it had come too close to a boat prop)which the Conservatory collected and were going to save the shell for a display. the only minor issue we had was the golf cart start switch was difficult to make contact at times. Everyone we met, either locals or visitors were friendly and great to talk with. Thank you and we will be back.

Wonderful, cozy and comfortable home. Loved the views; Million $ views per the photos.
Would highly recommend this property. In addition to the location and views, we selected it because we were able to bring our 4-legged family member - our little miniature dachshund who loved her many walks and napping in her basket in front of the large sliding doors facing the water & marsh. It was a joy to watch the kayaks, boaters, folks fishing and especially the cranes/herons from the screened porch, family room & dining area. Bald Head Island is truly a paradise

Loved the marsh views
This was our fifth trip to BHI over the years but it was the first time we stayed in a house on the marsh. All of us loved the location and the view. If the beach was your destination there was a nice direct route across the island, and the harbor area and the Maritime shops and grocery story were nearby in the other direction. But the marsh views are really great and there is always something new to see right from the comfort of the living room or one of the two nice decks.

perfect relaxation
We came down to escape the Pennsylvania cold. We came down mid March. The weather was a bit cold...but that didnt stop us from totally enjoying our time of respite. The numbers are few at this time of year...we enjoyed all the quiet. We were able to bring our 4 legged family member with us which was super fun. SHe loved the beach even more then we did. Ellis home is just that...a home away from home. Loaded with conviences. THe beds were totally comfortable! THe food store and restaurants were a quick golf cart away. This home had 2 gold carts to use. SOme days we needed the extra warmth that a cart with sides provided.

Wonderful property on BHI
Timber Creek 1B is amazing! The property is exactly as described - gorgeous views, comfy beds, updated kitchen. The property was completely stocked with pantry items and supplies, something often overlooked with other rentals. The best part is the view of the marsh from the back screened porch. Communication with the property owner was excellent. I highly recommend this property for your BHI adventure!

One of favorite rental stays
Without doubt one of the favorite rental stays! Upon arrival we were welcomed with easy early access to the home. Elli was friendly, and flexible with giving us direct access to her cell phone for any issues or problems (appreciate this!). We had a great stay which obviously also added up to a home away from home feeling and experience. We overlooked some bugs and cleanliness issues which were resolved right away. Would definitely would stay again if we come back to the area. Thanks again to Elli!
