Description
This is an ideal place to relax with family and friends. The lagoon in front of the cottage is a great place for snorkeling, for teaching small children to swim and to rest in the healing waters.
If you wish to have more than 6 guests staying in the Cottage, our maximum is 7 and there is a surcharge.
When rental is combined with rental of the Plantation Manager's Beach House (446099) the property is ideal for weddings, family reunions or gathering of good friends. (Hosting events of more than 20 guests must be arranged directly through konabeachhouses and cannot be approved through this site)

Rental Notes
$4000/week* plus tax
$350 cleaning fee (base) plus tax
$1000 refundable security deposit
*Slightly higher during holidays and some special event periods. There is a surcharge for occupancy exceeding 6 guests 6 years old and older.

Security deposits guarantee your reservation and allow us to recover charges for damages that may occur during your stay. Deposits are refunded within 14 days after your departure.
Cancellations
60 days prior to arrival rental fees paid will be fully refunded.
Between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, we will return that portion of the rental fees that we are able to recover by renting to another guest.
Rental fees will not be returned if a cancellation occurs with fewer than 30 days remaining prior to scheduled arrival.
All cleaning fees will be returned if cancellation is made with more than 30 days remaining prior to scheduled arrival

Beautiful Zen Cottage
We spent three weeks in the Hawiian islands and the Zen Cottage was the pick of the accomodation. I stayed with my wife, two teenage children and their grandmother. Then ambience of the cottage is perfect to relax in. We love snorkelling and found as many tropical fish directly in front of the cottage as any where else we went to, inluding many beautiful turtles. The entry into the water is from a lovely and safe small sand beach at the back gate. Sand beaches are rare here. Nearby Captain Cook monument Bay Area was full of Spinner Dolphins who come right up to snorkelets. We hired kayaks there and found ourselves immersed in their world. We left the Vegimite behind to complement the helpful items we found in the pantry. Below is the unsolicited response we sent to the site manager Val who then asks us to post a review. Heaven in Hawaii!!
We loved our stay immensely! Beautiful property as described. Well stocked. Wonderful mattresses and pillows. Right on ocean as described. Fabulous ocean breezes & locale!! Loved the simple Zen house!!

BEST EVER
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, and we were never disappointed! Everything was well communicated in advance, well stocked kitchen, super nice grounds keeper, lots of useful information, and views were better than expected! We will be back!
