I like the location it is in residential area and very quiet. The place is secure and safe. Very pleasant neighbors. Also close to beach and Westminster’s mall. I like it.

Extremely impressed with Trimmy, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home.
When we arrived, we had our own entrance to our room, so we could easily unload our vehicle. Our room was gated, so it was secure and secluded. Our room had all we needed for our stay. I appreciated the comfortable bed more than anything I think. It was perfect for our week stay in the Huntington Beach area. I have to say though, our favorite part of the stay was Trimmy. She is a wonderful, delightful and caring person. Loved talking to her and being around her. We will definitely stay at her place again.

Comfortable, clean and peaceful!
We enjoyed our host, Trimmy. She cares for her guests. Glad we had the full size refrigerator in our room and all the amenities. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Great stary!
My husband and I were visiting family over a long weekend. We very much enjoyed our stay, the property was convenient, clean and secure. We travel frequently and rent places like this each time we are away from home, Trimmy's place is one of the cleanest, nicest places we have stayed. Security is the biggest concern for my husband, we felt very safe at all times. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful
In addition to the property being as described, Trimmy was extremely thoughtful. When she heard me coughing from a cold that suddenly developed, she brought me cough medicine, noodle soup, cookies, and offered to take me to the market for any other things I might need. Wonderful Property
I stayed here during the 2020 Winter NAMM show. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It's only a 20 minute drive to the Anaheim Convention Center. Trimmy contacted me before my trip to give me details upon my arrival. I arrived late in the night, so Trimmy gave me instructions of where to find the keys and to call her if I had any problems. She also contacted me during my stay to make sure everything was okay. All in all, an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in future visits to this area!
