Description
We are a nicely appointed condo in the heart of Old Kona Town. We are across from the Hulie'e Palace and only a couple of hundred feet from the ocean. There are restaurants, galleries, Kona coffee houses and exotic shopping right out our doors.

The space
This beautiful condo was just fully and expertly remodeled and furnished. It is new inside with sophisticated Polynesian accents. We are in the heart of downtown Kona on the island of Hawaii or 'The Big Island'. We overlook the oldest church in Hawaii, Mokuaikaua Church, and the Hulihee Royal Palace in downtown Kona. We are steps away from the pier, restaurants and special activities. This is the heart of the old village of Kona, literally in the back yard of the Hulihee Palace.
We have one bedroom one bath with large lanai and a new kitchen, fully stocked with all the necessary dishes.
Although we are in the core and center of the town, we are a quiet complex. The lanai is situated on a one-way and one-lane road but the bedroom is situated in the quiet courtyard of the condo building. We have covered and secured parking in a garage and elevators from the parking area. Cable, high-speed internet and a new washer/dryer is included. This is truly a wonderful property unique because of its setting.
Our building includes a wonderful pool and barbecue decks which overlook the busy Ali'i Drive and the Pacific Ocean. Step out of the parking garage and you are in the middle of our restaurant and shopping area.
Prices include Hawaii tax of 13.42%! This is important when comparing prices because many people add it onto the posted price.

We have a beautiful salt-water pool and fabulous rooftop lanais where our guests can have a barbeque and get a sun tan. Our main downtown area in Kona is right out our doors.
Other things to note
Only a city block from beautiful Kona Pier, the starting point for our triathlons and the world famous Ironman Triathlon Competition. Snorkeling in this bay is world-class. We require a 9 day booking for the Ironman week.

We only stayed one night. Place was nice and met all our needs. Lots of restaurants and shops were in easy walking distance.

This guest stayed for just one night during the Christmas Holiday week. With cleaning and the one-night rent it is still costs less than the hotels in our area. Our condo provides a fully-furnished apartment with a complete kitchen, free parking, internet, pool, bbq decks and we are located right in the heart of downtown Kona. We provide beach gear, soaps towels and many other products that no hotel provides.

This condo is very well appointed,
This condo is very well appointed, exceptionally clean with plenty of space for a couple or young family. All amenities are of good quality with added bonuses of beach chairs, new washer and dryer, Oven, fridge, kitchen utensils etc. Location is unbeatable in Kona. Being in such a central spot, it's busy during the day with some noise, but nothing that bothered us. Walk to many great eateries, local landmarks, beachfront etc. Great lanai to relax on with an afternoon drink. Loved it! We will be back!

I thought this condo was perfect
I thought this condo was perfect. It's so convenient to downtown Kona and having parking is a huge positive. The lanai was very large which I didn't expect. The view wasn't the best, but that didn't bother me in the least. Just being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather was fine. The appliances were perfect and the kitchen was well stocked. I wish we'd had more time to enjoy it! Edward was a great host!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if Edward would have me.

We completely loved Edward�s place. It looks absolutely new! Everything is there that you will need to make a home and live comfortably. The location is steps away from everything in downtown Kona. Even the parking and pool were wonderful. We found the place to be ideal for 2-4 adults.

The unit is in a great location
The unit is in a great location. Within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. It�s a little difficult to find at first. There is a quirk in the lanai door lock, and we were locked out of the unit. The owner was out of the country and the building manager did not answer her phone. The last contact number did finally get back to us and we were rescued after about an hour. Additionally, on our way out, we got locked in the elevator. The elevator would not move nor would the door open. We had to push that �Call in case of emergency� button. The woman helped us get out after about 10 stifling minutes. Besides those issues, the stay was fine.

Condo is spacious and in a good location. Lanai was huge and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. Underground parking was convenient.
