Description
Enjoy the gorgeous sunrise, watch the dolphins jump and see the many sea birds, or just relax and get that beautiful tan you're always wanted from your private balcony. This large ( 2016 heated square feet) and beautifully decorated condo offers all you expect and more. Two king sized bedrooms, both with ocean views. One bedroom with twin beds. All have new Beautyrest mattresses and box springs. Private baths for each. Tile and granite counter tops throughout . Sleeper sofa. Linens/towels furnished. The large eat-in kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need from boiling lobsters to fixing that refreshing drink.
The living room includes a formal dining area, fireplace, wet bar, and a 52' TV. Each bedroom has it's own TV. Extensive DVD, video collection, and board games for a rainy day. Newly painted throughout and new carpet.
Fishing charters are available at the on-site marina. Biking, parks w/playgrounds, and excursions are available.
Two great ocean view golf courses, ten tennis courts, seven pools,(one heated), shopping and restaurants and one beautiful beach.
We offer 2 free amenity cards for weekly rentals, free WiFi, 6 bikes, beach chairs, toys, and towels. We rent our limo golf cart for $275./week or $40./day.
Our condo can also be rented on a 1 or 2 bedroom basis, other than during the peak season.

Great place to go for a family vacation. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great views and we loved the golf cart. Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation with many activities going on around the island!

Amazing!!
This was an amazing condo, with beautiful views of the Ocean from two bedrooms and the balcony. The beds were all comfortable and the Condo was nicely decorated. I love the location of the Condo, seems to be a quieter part of the Island. The Condo was decorated very nicely and the owners had thought of everything. They even had a washer and dryer with detergent provided! I was so grateful for that! With little boys, at least one quick load of laundry is always needed on vacation. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The Condo also had underground parking and a storage unit that we were able to store our fishing poles and boogie boards in after the beach each day. The owners also provided many sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, crabbing nets etc. We probably didn't even need to bring our stuff there. My families favorite things were seeing the dolphins from the Condo every day. My 4 kids (6,8,11,13) loved riding around in the golf cart all over the Island. We saw so many friendly Deer, and beautiful birds. Almost every day we went looking for Alligators and found them. We found lots of shells on the beach. We walked with the Fripp Turtle Team, went fishing and crabbing. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. Our only disappointment was the Nature cruise being cancelled, but it ended up just giving us more time to explore the Island. We visited the Activity Center every day to see all the animals and they let my kids hold the snakes, the turtles, the bearded dragon etc. The whole resort is beautiful. We only went to the Pools twice, because there was so much to go see. We loved the beautiful beaches. We also visited Hunting Island and saw the Light House and we went to Gay fish company and purchased fresh seafood and cooked it at the Condo it was amazing! We only ate out twice and cooked the rest of our meals at the Condo. We purchased our groceries at Publix on Lady's Island. We are so lucky that some friends told us about Fripp Island and we can't wait to go back. The owners answered many questions I had and provided lots of information and even mailed us some brochures. We purchased two amenity cards and that allowed us into the Pools and the restaurants. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

SIMPLY WONDERFUL!!!
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your villa. We had a terrific time! We enjoyed this home away from home. We had everything that we needed already there. The beds were very comfortable and the view out of the master bedroom and upstairs guest room with king bed were so peaceful. We watched the dolphins almost everyday and we also saw sea turtles twice. God was so faithful to give us this time to relax and enjoy our family. Thank you again for opening up your home to our family.

Beautiful townhome
My sister, my friend and my 2 1/2 year old daughter spent a week here in May. We were greeted by the dolphins while looking out the balcony within the first hour of our arrival. My daughter's best reaction was waking up the next morning, opening the blinds and her saying "it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood" -- that about summed it up!! Let's start with the condo -- it was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the linens, bath towels and even beach towels were so convenient! Laundry and dishwashing detergent...so thankful for both! The location was a few minute walk to the pool, which included a 1.5 feet deep kid's pool and beach access. You had plenty of beach items for use as well - the chairs, the kids toys, it was wonderful to know the next time we come, we won't need to bring any of those items! The townhouse layout with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, along with a separate bathroom for each bedroom gave all of us the privacy and space we each needed. We chose to rent your golf cart, which happened to be my daughter's favorite part of the entire trip...we zipped to the beach, the playgrounds, the restaurants for great food. At night, we enjoyed making a "slushy drink" in the blender and listening to the waves crash into the rocks and just looking at the millions of stars in the sky. There's nothing quite like your two year old singing "Twinkle Twinkle" under the actual stars! Perfectly peaceful! Fripp Island itself is so quiet, laid back and just beautiful. The deer were there to greet you at every turn, we even got to see an alligator cruising along the lagoon! Folks were friendly, the beaches were not crowded, we took a turtle walk to learn about the sea turtles, which are currently nesting and laying eggs, and we took a sunset dolphin cruise, where my daughter again used her charms to woo the dolphins right to the boat -- "oh dolphins, where are you?"! :) Needless to say, we had a great time and I feel incredibly blessed that we chose Fripp Island and your condo for her first trip to the beach. We did also take a day trip to Savannah for a trolley tour and lunch at The Lady and Sons, and we spent a morning in Beaufort taking a horse drawn carriage tour thru the city. Very relaxing vacation!

Amazing Getaway Location with beautiful ocean views!
5 Star Rating with extra points for being well taken care of! We have been vacationing at Fripp for over 20 years because it's so family friendly and relaxing. The ocean views from this condo are the best we have experienced, and the condo is very well well taken care of and extremely comfortable. We saw dolphins several times every day, and a sea turtle swimming by a few times as well. Each morning the sunrises in perfect view over the ocean, and in the evening you can relax in the shade on the deck, while listening and watching the waves. The Puckets are easy to deal with and great hosts, so we will be back next year. Already looking forward to another great vacation!

Wonderful
This condo is amazing. The only thing with a comparable view is a cruise ship. We could even see dolphin from the sofa! The condo has everything you need for a great stay. It was a little too cool for the beach so we used the golf cart (included) to explore the island. The owners were very helpful and even told us where to buy fresh local oysters to steam in their kitchen. I would recommend this unit for a romantic getaway, a girl’s beach trip, or a family vacation. We’ll be back.

Recharge
The stay just was not long enough, but then again most recharging vacations/breaks never are. We had the beach all to ourselves. Saw deer and other wildlife. Went shopping and got the rest of our Christmas shopping done. We just rested, drove around in the golf cart, 1 day of shopping in Beaufort, read and rested. Ready to go again!

Fantastic Family Time
Lovely place to spend a week with family. Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Deer are everywhere. Enjoyed the ocean view and watching dolphins and even a leatherback turtle swam by. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their home.
