Oceanside so we have dynamic sunrises and from the rooftop priceless sunsets. Decorated Florida style ,Art collections of the sea and its creatures, Extremely clean and well maintained. Peaceful and away from the highway. We own 1 condos in the complex. They are full oceanfront. Will sleep 4-5 people. View bonefishing and lovely birds and fish from the screened terraces.Large pool on the ocean with beachside grills to barbeque.

Low key and quiet!
My best friend, her mom, my mom and I rented this condo in May 2017 to celebrate our birthday and Mother's Day and we had a wonderful time. This was our first trip to the Keys. The condo is nicely furnished and had everything you would need! We loved the pool area but were a bit disappointed the 'beach' was more like gravel than actual sand....but there are plenty of other beaches to visit in the area. We loved the quiet....it was a very laidback and relaxing place and just what we all wanted/needed. When we weren't out visiting the area or at the pool, we spent lots of time on the screened in porch. That in itself was a perk! Close enough to stores and restaurants and far enough removed that you don't hear traffic, etc. Jeanette was great to coordinate with.

Our vacation in Paradise
We loved our stay from start to finish. The condo was everything we expected and more! The location was perfect and the furnishings were lovely. Jeanette was so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come again next year. It really is Paradise!

Convenient, beautiful beachfront property
First visit to the Keys. Staying in the Key Largo area was the right choice. The condo has a great view of the beach, and is situated near shopping necessities and great restaurants. The condo owners provide you with a well appointed two-bedroom, two-bath unit with both bed-rooms on the beach front which greet you with the morning sun. A large screened balcony provide for both dinning and relaxation. A great place to rest, relax and enjoy the tropics.

Beautiful oceanfront condo
We loved our stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo. The location was perfect – very convenient to all that the Keys has to offer. Jeanette went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We were close to many great restaurants and Jeanette provided great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Views of Atlantic
My wife and I took our 2 adult children on our last family of 4 vacation last week. (They are both getting married next year.) Bob and Jeanette's 2nd floor Sea Gulls condo was amazing. The furnishings alone were incredible. If I had a place on the ocean I would want it decorated like theirs. We spent a lot of time on the large screened in deck and when you are not on the deck the view was great from every room in the condo. The unit had everything you would need. Dishes, pots and pans, beach towels, fishing gear, plenty of linens and 2 TV's although I only watched the PGA Championship. The pool was very nice and we met some great people. Great nearby restaurants. I would recommend Marker 88, Snooks. Hog Heaven. Jeanette was very upfront about the construction that is going on but her unit seemed to be away from the heavy work. It was also nice having a covered parking space. A little heads up though, if you arrive at low tide the seaweed smell can be tough, but it gets better at high tide.

Quiet & Peaceful
This condo is very well maintained. It is just like walking into someones home. Close to many awesome restaraunts. Would absolutely use again. This is a great location short distance from shopping or water sports. it was nice to have cleaning equipment to use. It would of been nice to have wash & dryer in room.

Great Place To Stay
The condo was everything we had read about. Very clean and well stocked.Jeanette was easy to work with and the view in the morning was awesome. Our favorite places to eat were Dillons and Marker 88. Saw our best sunset at Marker 88 and the food was top notch.

View, Value and FUN!
Stayed here for a week in February in unit #209. Absolutely wonderful condo! The view was great, close to grocery store and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Wifi always worked. Clean. We really couldn't ask for more. Jeanette responds to inquiries fast and friendly. We did a backcountry fishing trip with Eric Bass through Robbies and a deep sea fishing trip with Captain Skip on the Blue Chip via Whale Harbor and had so much fun on each. Caught lots of fish. We ate at Lazy Days and Morada Bay and enjoyed both. We also bought the "grill in a bag" from the grocery store and grilled out 2 nights at the condo. Fantastic vacation with my husband and in-laws. We will be back.

Great Condo!
We stayed for a week in July/August in unit #209. The condo was perfect for us, with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool was great, not crowded, and the rec room provided some extra entertainment. No problems with wifi and the beds were comfortable. Jeanette was friendly, thorough and prompt in communicating with us. I highly recommend this rental.
