We have a maximum of 6 overnight guests that is strictly enforced. Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am eastern time. It is important that we adhere to these times to ensure proper cleaning between guests. We appreciate your respect!

Great place and location
The place was well outfitted and had comfortable beds and large bedrooms. The one thing I was surprised is it did not have a Master Bedroom setup. It is a great set up for families Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a full bath and the other bath (3/4) was downstairs by the front door. The owners are very responsive and definitely take care of the unit (the screens were being fixed when I arrived).. We had no issues with the unit and there are plenty of linens and kitchenware. The unit has a very nice location overlooking the pool and intracoastal waterway. If you are a boater the complex has a boat dock right there and it's own boat launch. Not sure if this is important to many on vacation but it may be during the college football season. Their cable package has some additional sports channels from the basic such as CBSSN and FoxSports (as we were attending a birthday party at another rented nearby property who did not have these channels).

Private wonderful scenery spot with comforts and amenities to enjoy
Our friends and us had a blast. This place is truly a unique cozy spot to land. It was close to everything and still private. The views are amazing. So much to watch without ever getting bored. All the amenities you provide made us feel at home. A vacation palace. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Cozy Condo On The Water
We loved this cozy condo on the water! The unit was clean and updated and the beds were super comfy! The views from both the downstairs patio and the master balcony were amazing! We were able to bring our boat and put it in the water easily at the new ramp one block down. We attempted to use the ramp at the complex but it was a little rough, the ramp a block down was so close though that it wasn't even an issue! It was conveniently located to great fishing spots and a quick 15 minute drive to downtown! We loved staying here and hope to come back again soon!

Awesome views - Great Family Time
We really enjoyed this condo. The views from the patio and upper deck were amazing, the beds were comfy, and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The dolphins heading up the river on our last night were so cool!

Just What We Needed
This townhouse was perfect for my little family. The location is perfect! It wasn't a busy area but you are still only a few minutes to great restaurants. The house was clean & well taken care of as well as stocked with everything we could have needed. We spent all day on the beach & afternoons in pool that we had most days to our self. The sunsets from the dock were pretty great. We have recommended this place & would return without hesitation.. It was just what we needed.

Our stay at Pt.Matanza
We absolutely loved it. We could walk right out of our door to swim or fish. It was quite and a great location. The children loved it as well. We hope to go back next year if not sooner!

Piece of Paradise
Property is clean, a little dated tho (if that matters to you) the kitchen has been updated, but some other things haven't. Clean was important to me, the rest wasn't. Has everything you would need, SO NICE to have a small supply of those things you likely only need once (zip lock bag or tinfoil/saran) as well as dishwasher and dishsoap, paper towel, kleenex, etc. Can't tell you how nice it is to NOT have to buy all that stuff when you arrive. I always try to leave something behind (TP, toothpix etc) to help to keep the stock up for the next renter. The view from here is amazing, I could sit and watch the boats and dolphins all day long! The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away, just across the street. You won't be disappointed renting here, the owner was great to deal with, answered my questions promptly and accommodated a later check out for us. The bed was comfy, couch and cushy chair inside were comfy - outside patio furniture was not, but the pool furniture was okay and we scooped a couple of chairs and brought them to the patio on the day we needed to be a little sheltered from the wind as the weather wasn't the best when we were there. The patio is a little sheltered alcove so worked well - got the sun's heat but able to stay out of the cool wind.

Can't Beat the View
The condo was clean and comfortable and we loved sitting outside watching the dolphins. We stayed the whole month of February, and for the most part the weather was perfect! There is so much to do in the area and we took advantage of as much as we could. I would recommend Captain's BBQ just south for the best BBQ, Osteen's for the best shrimp, the Ice House for just great food (hoecakes are to die for), fresh fish and shrimp tacos at South Beach Grill. . .and where do I stop? So many good restaurants. The sisters were great to work with and always got back with us if we had a question. I've stayed in St. Augustine many times and this was by far the best condo and location.
