Description
Lutz’s Lake House has a fenced-in yard, nestled in a secluded bay on Clearlake’s eastern shore. It offers 200 feet of sandy beach and a floating boat dock. It is the perfect get-away for the whole family including your well- behaved dog. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking or just kicking back and relaxing. Kayaks and paddle boat are available to rent for $15 a day. We also offer Guided Bass fishing trips. This 950 sq. ft. home is a cozy two bedroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, and an open dining/living room with a mesmerizing view of the lake. There is a deck that runs along the lake side of the house that provide plenty of shaded area to enjoy the surrounding beauty.
The house has central heating, evaporative cooler and ceiling fans. It is comfortably furnished and has a very charming décor. The bedrooms have queen beds and dressers There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps two which brings the sleeping accommodations to a total of 6. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped and well-stocked.
From the time you arrive at Lutz's Lake House you will fall in love with its relaxing atmosphere, clean air, and private beach. Whether you are an avid fisherman, water sports enthusiast, or just looking for a place to take the family and have a great time, this is the perfect place. This area of the lake has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities with black tailed deer, wild turkeys, ospreys, herons, otters, minks, ducks, and lots more that inhabit the area.
There are many activities and sites to experience in the Clearlake area, with 28 wineries, farmers markets, outdoor concerts, beautiful hiking opportunities, cultural events, casino gaming nearby, and much more.

Lutz Lake House
Property was well appointed & spotless. We were very comfortable there. We brought our dogs because the yarn was entirely fenced in. The porch overlooked the lake & it was beautiful. We had our own slice of private beachfront, which was very nice. Lots of waterfowl to see all day. Lots of fishing for those looking to do so. Surprisingly, not too many flies & mosquitoes to deal with. The area where the lake house is located is very rural, but close enough to town to get supplies, if needed. The major point being, this property is well away from everything. The only things to do there are boating types of activities, swimming, & fishing. It is truly a place to really get away from it all, & relax, relax, relax. The house has a beautiful porch where one can sit & watch the world go by. It is as lovely there at night as it is during the day. Josie was a wonderfully warm & attentive hostess. She was full of information about anything you wanted to know. Every detail in the house showed her thoughtful touch. She was always available whenever we needed her. Lutz Lake House was everything we were looking for in a quiet, restful vacation. If city excitement is desired, there is a large casino nearby. So in closing, if a quiet vacation at the lake is everything you’re looking for, then this is the place to go. The lake house has everything you’ll ever need. R&R, pure & simple; you’ll return refreshed & renewed. We intend to visit again.

Wonderful place to stay!
The Lake House was the perfect place for our family trip! The house was cozy, clean and is well cared for. We loved the yard and beach access and were able to launch our boat just steps away from the house . The area is quiet with lots of wildlife to enjoy. Josie was great to work with during the whole process! We hope to visit again :)

Awesome Fishing
Josie was great answering questions before we arrived and during our stay! We came to do some fishing over Labor day weekend and ended up with non stop action! Overall it was amazing!

Perfect Little Lakehouse
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect little Lakehouse. The house was cozy and quaint. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. The private closed off entry to the lake was perfect for our dogs. We didn’t have to worry about them getting loose. Although I understand the wilderness aspect of the house, the porch could be treated for spiders and swept of webs (not a complaint, only a recommendation). Thanks you Josie, for your hospitality and sharing your property with us. We will definitely come back next summer.

Wonderful place to recharge and spend quality time in nature
Wonderful place to recharge and spend quality time in nature, yet not far from shops and restaurants. Easy access to water, affordable kayak rentals, safe location, clean house with all the necessities (dishes, linens, towels, hair dryer, gas grill). The owners sent detailed instructions to check in and check out as well as to accommodate any needs during the stay. Make sure you get lots of bottled water - running water may not be the best quality (but the owners made sure we were aware in advance). Other than that, everything was amazing. Private beach is a huge plus! We are definitely coming back.

Great Time....
Hello My name is Thomas. Me an my Lady stayed at the Lutz's Home, very clean an neat. I went for the Fishing, Caught fish, off the Beach 20 yards from the back porch. I caught Black Bass, Crappie, Blue Gill, An some Monster Cats. My lady relaxed. We had A Great time Thanks!!!!

Excellent Stay
