After a day in paradise, casually walk the beach to one of the many excellent seaside restaurants for dinner. In the evening the rolling surf will lull you to sleep and in the morning a neighbouring rooster will chime in the start of another day in paradise!
Located on the second floor, unit #203 in the Colibri Condominiums building has easy access to the tropical landscaped grounds and is just steps away from the oceanfront infinity pool. Its lush courtyard with tropical gardens and beautiful swimming pool provides the perfect background to relax with plenty of patio space for those looking for the perfect tan. The beachfront pool is set within lush tropical landscape and a private staircase leads to the wide, white sandy beach. Condo Oceana is fully air conditioned and features all the conveniences and more luxuries than you come to expect in a vacation home.
This spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium can comfortably accommodate four people and is perfect for two couples or a small family with adult children. There are two large bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom with marble countertops and full size walk in shower. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer in the condo.
The fully equipped kitchen with luxurious granite countertops and tropical cabinetry allows you to prepare your own meals and comes complete with brand-name appliances including full sized fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, over-the-range microwave and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker and teapot, toaster and small food processor, a collection of pots, pans and cooking utensils as well as dishes and cutlery and an assortment of wine, margarita and drinking glasses. And of course, there's a blender for those frosty tropical drinks!
The spacious outdoor covered terrace adds extra outdoor living space--perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee, watching the Humpback Whales at play or enjoying a spectacular sunset with a frosty drink. For guest enjoyment, Condo Oceana has an English language satellite TV in each of the two bedrooms, a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, CD player and CD collection, as well as a collection of books, board games and playing cards.
A handbook in the condo provides a list of things to do as well as a list of some of our favourite restaurants, grocery shopping tips, important phone numbers and local maps. We offer mid stay maid service and end-of stay cleaning.
To ensure privacy and security, the condo is located in a completely walled and gated complex. There is a remote controlled private gate to the parking area. Colibri Condos are handicapped and wheelchair accessible with an 11 passenger state-of-the-art elevator to each floor.
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed, and as it is a non smoking unit, we invite you to smoke outside or on the patio only, please.
Public transportation is a short block away from Colibri and it's a short drive or bus ride from Bucerias to downtown Puerto Vallarta for shopping, great restaurants and nightlife, or perhaps people watching or an evening stroll along the Malec�n. Going in the other direction, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Destiladeras Beach, Sayulita and Punta de Mita are only a few minutes away.
There are several agencies in Bucerias where you can rent a car or mountain bikes, book jungle tours, whale watching cruises, snorkeling and scuba diving trips, ocean kayaking adventures and deep sea fishing trips. You can go horseback riding on the beach and in the jungle, charter sail and power boats, watch bullfights, and visit Sayulita for a day's surfing. Perhaps you prefer to take in a round of golf at any one of the nearby golf courses.
At the end of your day in paradise come home to your condo at Colibri--the ideal place to rest in the ambiance of comfort and good taste.

Wonderful place!
My husband and I spent 2 weeks at this condo in January 2012. We absolutely loved it! We have stayed at 3 other condo complexes in Bucerias and we felt that this complex had the nicest pool area so far. Lots of lounge chairs and tables, and the pool has a shallow area for small children. Many of the owners were there during our visit and they were very friendly and welcoming! The unit is well equipped and has good internet and cable. Lots of pool toys to use, and kitchen very well equipped. Balcony is child friendly, and nice for outdoor dining. Location is good...nice to be on the beach and close to many good restaurants. Had two wonderful meals at Toscana Mia, an Italian restaurant quite close to the condo. Hope to return for another visit soon!!

Great Location
My wife and I spent 2 weeks at the condo in January, 2015. The location of the complex in Bucerias is almost in a perfect spot. Everything is very close and easy to get to. There are many very fine restaurants within just a few minute walk. Stores for those missing items also within an easy 5 minute walk.The view, especially sunsets...AMAZING! The pool area was really nice and well looked after. Never had to fight for a lounge chair or umbrella. The condo itself has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a really nice large Weber Q bbq. The balcony was were we spent most of our time while in the condo, took all our meals on it. With that view how can you not. Sally is the property manager...very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this condo without question.

Sun, sand and surf
My wife and I stayed in this condo for 10 days in January, 2016. The complex is located on the beach at one end of the town of Bucerias. The beach is clean and you can walk for miles in either direction and swim in the ocean. The town is full of restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine within walking distance of the condo. The pool (right on the beach), building and grounds are well maintained. The complex is gated and we felt very comfortable from a security standpoint. The unit is well equipped with appliances for those who wish to cook or prepare meals. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is on the front and you can hear the surf which we like. It opens onto the covered patio or lanai with great views of the pool, beach and ocean which can also be seen from the master bedroom. We communicated directly with the owner and the on site property manager, both of whom were informative and accessible. We highly recommend this property.

Best Location in Bucerias
Found this condo at the last minute and were only able to stay for 5 nights. The owner was extremely helpful in accommodating our tight timeline, and once we arrived the property manager was there to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The beachfront location really cannot be beat. Many restaurants within blocks of the condo, but on the northern edge of downtown so the condo's location had an element of privacy too. Very secure property with a code to use for entry from both the street and the beach. We spent many hours in and around the pool when taking a break from the ocean, and loved the second floor location as it was very easy access to run up the stairs for another cold drink. The condo itself had plenty of room four our family of four, and the balcony with the ocean view was a great place to start and end every day. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to stay on the beach.

Great time in Bucerias
Very nice time and a great New Year getaway. The Condo was great -clean, modern, everything worked. Owner was prompt and clear in communication. Local manager was there to meet us and also very communicative and helpful. Beautiful pool and view. Quiet and overall very enjoyable. We will be back if possible!

We were there for 2 weeks the place was great the pool clean always chairs to lay on out the gate walk the beach lots of bars and restaurants on beach close to downtown for breakfast supper night life if you wanted to go out we will be going back again owner great to work with

The condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular. We loved the quiet pool area with close access to the beach. It was great to be able to walk around Bucerias so easily. It was a perfect vacation for us!

Great location and facility!
Cannot beat the location: close to the town square, right on the beach which you can walk for miles, great swimming pool. Lots of restaurants and bars within a couple blocks. Unit is well equipped. Owner and property manager easy to deal with.

Great spot in Mexico!
First off, the condo is very nice and clean and well appointed. The owner communicates quickly and there were no issues with access etc.. The building is very nice as well, with a lot of owners in their units who are all very pleasant . The building is clean and well maintained and secure. The location is excellent. Chose between the pool overlooking the ocean, or, walk a few steps and go in the ocean. It is a short walk to many bars and restaurants and shops via the street or the beach. If you need to go somewhere further, taxis are quick and cheap. You can go to Puerto or Nuevo Vallarta , La Cruz, Salulita all with a short taxi ride or even take a local bus. We had a great day on a Chica Locca Catamaran cruise to Yelapa. This is not like staying in an all inclusive resort every day for a week or more. We felt very safe walking around Bucerias any time of the day or night and visiting numerous restaurants and bars. We will definitely go back.
