The holiday villa has 2 master suites with king-size beds, plus 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), a lounge with a pull-out sofa and 3.5 bathrooms. From the living room you have a breathtaking view over the swimming pool and the wide canal. It is available throughout the house WiFi available. The kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is equipped with Poolmoebeln, a table with an open fire, 4 chairs and a gas BBQ grill. The pool and the outdoor pool can be heated. If you want to rent a boat, this is brought to their vacation home.

Our rates are based for 2 People.

PAYMENTS
35 % down payment on reservation, 65 % no later than 46 days before arrival
We recommend Personal/Business checks or cashier checks in US$ issued by a US Bank.
Bank Wire Transfers subject to a $35 fee for each international Wire Transfers
(Credit Card payment by special request are subject to a 3% processing fee)
CANCELLATION
If Guests elect to cancel or terminate, Cancellation fees below will apply. Therefore, the purchase of a Travel & Cancellation Insurance is recommended. No refund is due nor will be made due to undesirable or inclement weather

We had a wonderful time.
The house was beautiful, the location was perfect for us. The house was very clean and the caretakers was there to check us in at the time specified. He was also available for check out.

Great place for multiple families
We split this house between two families and it worked out perfectly. The two master suites makes for an ideal situation if traveling with two families. The layout of the house was very wide open and allowed for maximum space. The outdoor area is fantastic, the pool is very large and surprisingly deep in two areas which made for great fun with the kids and adults. The living space outside is very deep and wide, there were a few times that it rained but we were able to still enjoy the outside area and not worry about getting wet. Had a great time!
