We live in the front house and guests have private access through a separate entrance to your own private 1600 sqft home with an oversized private deck with amazing views--perfect for a relaxing afternoon or quiet evening outdoors!

Fully furnished, everything included (linen, towels, soap, shampoo, plates/silverware for 12, large grill outside, inside dining table AND outside dining table, inside and outside living room, boggy boards, beach chairs, kids beach toys, high chair, Uppababy stroller, ...).

Guest access
You will have access to the entire guesthouse through a private, keyless entry door.

The home has 2 walls with our unit, but is completely separate: there are no shared spaces.
The whole driveway is yours.

Other things to note
While the kitchenette does not have a traditional stove or oven., it is fully furnished (Picture 17: Fridge, sink, ultra-high end outdoor BBQ, countertop oven, microwave, griddle, Keurig with unlimited K-cups, toaster,...), and all dining utensils (plates, bowls, cups, silverware).

The stainless steel BBQ on the deck is a high-end Dacor model (4 burners + 2 side stove burners for pans + warming drawer) that helps to replace the lack of traditional stove, and makes it very easy to fit a full meal for 10.

We have a complimentary Tesla HPWC 100A charger (44mph). Please message us for access.

This is a family friendly neighborhood, not a party place. We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior. Please be respectful of neighbors (no late night noise outside).

The outdoor driveway/walkway up to the entrance door is under video surveillance for your protection and ours.

A beautiful home in the middle of everything. The views are breathtaking and the amenities will provide for a very relaxing stay. Every little detail has been thought of and provided for. Raphael and Renee are outstanding hosts and made sure our stay was the absolute best we could hope for.

The view and location are spectacular. Came during a heat wave and the ac kept us cool, the hot tub warmed us up at night (get up and watch the sunrise from the hot tub- WORTH IT). All in all- a great stay.

This house is very clean

This house is very clean, spacious, and has an amazing view! We all family had a great time spending there! There are a grocery store and a coffee shop within a walking distance. It's also kids friendly place! They have a high chair, a safety gate and a crib so it made us easy to stay with our 3 years and 1 year old. We can recommend this house for any type of groups and we will stay this house again when we visit San Diego!

The space was very well appointed and very clean. The views are amazing! Sunrises in the morning and city lights at night. Centrally located to many tourist attractions, but in a safe neighborhood.
