Description
You won’t want to leave our large beach house, just steps away from the 26th Ave Beach. The 2900 Sq. Ft. and a deck that stretches the length of the house for even more room to soak in the sun, the sounds of the surf, and the oceans breezes.
Relaxing views of Monterey Bay from decks, dining room, kitchen and from living room and master bedroom, both of which have vaulted ceilings. Living and dining rooms have gas fireplaces. Recline on the sofa, or the master suite’s king-size bed and enjoy the ocean view -sail boats by day, colorful sunsets by evening.
Walk the beach and explore the tide pools. Bring your water toys, there’s great surfing, boogie and skim boarding. Sit and watch the sea lions and otters in the nearby kelp beds, or dolphins and whales as they go by. Enjoy our hot outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before jumping into the hot spa.
Ride one of our several bikes for a scenic bike tour along East Cliff Drive to Capitola or north through beaches, the harbor and onto Santa Cruz. Remember to bring you helmets.

• The county requires all adult guest are on an sign a rental agreement, and, all services to be taxed and owner is require to pay them on behave of the guest, ( Permit#211330).
•Note that, there are external security cameras located at entry to house ensuring that our occupancy limits and those of local county laws are being respected.
•No fireworks, firearms, candles or incents are allowed on property. Firework possession if fined a $1000 anywhere in the county including the beaches.
•Also, beach may be unavailable for periods, hours/day, or longer and is out of our control do to sand bar movement on the coast.

Dog fee, $100/1st Dog , $35 for each additional dog up to a maximum of 3 dogs.

Change-over days are usually on Sunday or occasionally on Friday. Expect to pay extra for arrival, and/or departure on a Saturday and occasionally on a Sunday, (when is Sunday part of a 3 day weekend).
When available short summer and winter Holiday stays must be sandwiched in between existing stays.
Discount Rate applies only for 7 night stays Sunday to Sunday, or, occasionally Fri - Fri.
Any stay that covers a Fri, Sat and Sun weekend nights, will be charged at the higher 2 night weekend rate.
Guest Signer that is 34 years old or less agrees to have their insurance agent add Abante Realty, LLC as an additionally insured to their policy and and have their agent email a copy of the Declaration page to owner. This protects the guest and owner from 3rd party lawsuits. Ask your insurance agent for more details regarding their free service.
We also suggest that all guests immediately get travelers insurance and that they add all other reservations expenses that are purchased for your trip, especially flights and car rentals.

Great family beach house!
This was perfect for our family Thanksgiving at the beach. Three generations took full advantage of the beach for walks, romps in the surf, and amazing dog walking. Large common areas were comfortable for the whole family (8) to hang together. We took advantage of the ping pong tables for a rousing family championship on our one rainy day. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing all our meals including a Thanksgiving dinner. Jean had made sure we had roasting pans for the turkey. And Alfredo helped us with check-in. He had the place spotless and ready for our arrival. Communication was easy.

A wonderful setting for our family holiday.
We loved this house. Plenty of room, a beautiful view, all that we expected and more. Jeans’ home is well stocked and has so many thoughtful extras. We slept well in comfortable bedding listening to the waves crash. We played games at the large dining room table. It met all our needs and more. Thank you so much Jean.

Wonderful getaway
We were four families (8 adults and 8 kids) having an annual gathering and this was the perfect spot! The house was clean and well stocked. It was very comfortable and the location was great, just a few steps away from the water. We had a wonderful time!

Family reunion
Was very pleased with the overall stay - we gathered the three kids and their families for a short family reunion. The sleeping arrangements were great - each family had their own room and the lack of a TV upstairs was fantastic - created family time during meals and before sunset. Kitchen was well organized and clean - great for family breakfasts. Are planning on returning next year. Also liked the compound feel with the wall in front of the house - very secure.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had 3 families with 9 grandchildren. The sleeping areas were perfect for our family. Each family had an area that fit them and made our stay very comfortable. Being so close to the beach was an added bonus.. we would stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation
The home was perfect for us. It is steps from the beach so we could easily go anytime. The kids enjoyed going out with chairs to watch the sunset. We enjoyed walks with the dog to explore tide pools. There are many hiking trails a short drive away. The home is huge and very clean. There are lots of games, puzzles and books. There is one TV with a selection of older movies and cable. The WiFi worked great. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable—although the master is squeaky.
