Description

Island Colony is located in the 'Heart of Waikiki' just a block away from one of the most visited tourist attractions 'The International Market Place' with many shops, eateries, boutiques and entertainment.

You will find Waikiki Beach is just a 15 minute stroll away!

As you walk into the lobby you will find a boutique modern lounging area to set your bags and gather yourself.

The front desk kiosk check in is right there adjacent to the seating area.  A 24 hour security kiosk is also in the secured elevator lobby area to also assist if needed. 

Unit description;

Various Studios;
2 Full Size Beds (3-4 guests)
1 Queen Bed + Sofa Sleeper (+ futon floor mattress) (1-4 guests)

Note: We have currently 12 different units in the Island Colony Hotel/Condo.  So, pricing will vary upon size (One Bedroom or Studio) and also floor (higher or lower floors).  Lower floors still offers great views!  We also welcome groups, teams and conventioneers.  Please keep in mind the sleeping accommodations vary but have some restrictions on max occupancy due to fire code (House Rules).

Regards to parking;
The Island Colony has parking in the building that is operated by a private company (ProPark).  The charges are typical in Waikiki about $35/daily rate.  Our suggestion is to go with a car rental company that has parking for you during certain business hours in a convenient Waikiki (few blocks away) location where you can pick up the car again the next day when you are ready to use on an adventure.  For more information inquire about 'Rick's rental car suggestion' to our company's email.

Our units are modern and upgraded.

As you enter the unit you will discover that it is larger than most hotel rooms! 

Also, our studios offer kitchenettes with cooktops unlike a hotel room that offers only a microwave.

Eating out is fun but, our units promote you to enjoy preparing light meals to save expenses and enjoying relaxing eats at the comfort of your units private lanai. 

Everyone gravitates to the lanai for fresh air, relaxation and wonderful viewing. 

From the Koolau Mountain range where you will frequent rainbows to the Ala Wai Canal, a popular canoe passage, the views are part of the enjoyment of the stay experience.

Some higher floors have ocean views!
