Superior Deluxe Ocean View Condo recently remodeled. New bedroom furniture & Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, FULLY equipped kitchen, with all appliances and utensils, condiments and spices, coffee maker, toaster. Beach towels,chairs, umbrella, mats, and some beach toys. Washer/dryer in the unit, Everything you will need for a carefree vacation! Unobstructed view of the beach, right across the street. This is a corner unit as well.
The space
Deluxe Ocean View Unit #200. Our condos are very clean and upgraded and all-inclusive, we don't charge extra for A/C, etc as most owners do. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit, we include FREE calling anywhere in the US and Canada & Mexico since most cell service either drops calls or goes to Roaming near the beach. We have a California King Nova Foam VERY comfortable mattress in the bedroom, Queen size pull-out sofa in the living room with a memory foam mattress, and a futon mattress for the 5th small person or child. Bedroom furniture and sleeper couch newly purchased. Also, the OCEAN VIEW from our unit's lanai (balcony) is a big plus!

Your final Airbnb quote will be all-inclusive of the combined Hawaiian taxes. (Tax ID # (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). There is a $139 ONE TIME cleaning fee that is charged on all stays. $29/nt per additional person after the first 2 people will be charged. I had a fabulous time here in Maui. I loved staying here so close to the ocean. The place has everything you need and it is well kept and clean. I really liked that it had a washer and dryer. Bed was super comfy. Every night I walked the beach and watched the sunset. On my last day I saw turtles in the water. Violet was an excellent host. The book Maui revealed was so helpful in finding my way around the island and seeing all the beauty it has to offer . There are beach chairs and I even used the cooler to pack a lunch for the day trek up the Hana. Thank you Violet This is a trip to be remembered

Location was the best thing about this apartment - right across the beach and within <5 min of highly rated restaurants/cafes. We also enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and the beach equipment. Parking and check-in was a breeze. The appliances are a bit outdated, but we didn’t use them so wasn’t an issue.

Violet's place iis in a great location
Violet's place iis in a great location, walkable to resaurants and many other places in Kihei. The beach is right across the street and you can catch some amazing sunsets there. And it was great having a kitchen and washer/dryer to use. We enjoyed our stay here.

Violet's condo was great! It was well stocked and very nice inside with a very comfortable bed. It's in a great location just across the street from the beach (with a great ocean view) and close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay again :)

Host is awesome, very prompt with communication. The unit is in a great location and very comfortable to stay in. We felt at home right away. Restaurants and food shopping conveniently close by the unit. The beach is right across the street so easy to enjoy both sunrise and sunset while strolling along the beach. View of the beach from the balcony also a great plus. Would highly recommend if looking for a more cozy quiet comfortable place for your visit to Maui. Looking forward to another visit! Great place for what we needed. Location is awesome. The beach is right next door and everything You need is within walking distance. The street at night is a bit noisy with cars but I slept with earplugs just fine. Really appreciated the chess set and the great selection of pantry staples!
