Beautifully decorated home. Bright, happy, clean & relaxing. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the appliances & accessories you will need. The 3 bedrooms are roomy & light. The 2 full baths are fully equipped. The house is on a quiet, residential street, 1/2 mile from the entrance to the Navarre bridge (the beach is on the other end). The backyard has a large deck, gas grill, 1 gas & 1 wood fire pit, outside lights, oil torches . Everyone is welcome. Enjoy!

The space

This property is a single-family, single-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a 1/2 acre, private lot, close to everything.

This is a great, centrally located vacation spot in the Florida panhandle. It is just a short hop over the bridge (dolphin sightings!) to one of the most beautiful beaches around including an amazing beach-front drive between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach. . A fun and scenic drive in either direction from the house will take you to 100's of attractions for all ages and tastes between Pensacola and Destin/Fort Walton Beach.

Guest access

Your rental fee gives you exclusive use of the entire 1269 square foot, three bedroom, two bath, single-story home, on 1/2 acre, including access to the garage, where you are welcome to use the bikes, beach chairs, floats, coolers, fishing poles, utility sink etc. There is also a second refrigerator in the garage for drinks, watermelons, etc.

Other things to note

One word: Convenience. As with all homes in this neighborhood, this single-family, one- story home sits on a 1/2 acre lot, giving you tons of privacy on a quiet residential street, but you are just two streets away from the main drag and three streets away from the inter coastal waterway. The highlight of our location is that you are within walking distance of many local restaurants and fast food chains, as well as drug, grocery and retail stores. The walkable restaurants include 'Thailand's Best,' 'Samurai Japanese Steak House and Sushi (with hibachi room),' 'El Patron' (Mexican), 'Cactus Flower Cafe' (California Mexican), 'The Slippery Mermaid Sushi Bar,' 'Shark Bite' (food truck), 'My Father's Daughter' (food truck - Portuguese) and the locally famous 'Tommy's Sno-Balls'. The fast food options include Taco Bell, McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Subway, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Culvers. Waffle House and Burger King are a little bit further than the others but are still walkable. One grocery store (Winn-Dixie), a Dollar Store, a UPS store and an RX Epress Pharmacy are also within walking distance.

The house was great

First, Video every square inch when you arrive. The house was great, has everything you could possibly need for your stay and trips to the beach. The host was not so great. We arrived & I noticed a Ring system so I texted her to ask if there were cameras in the home, a simple yes or no would have sufficed but her reply seemed a bit hostile. She said, “Cameras? No one has ever asked that question. Why would you think there are cameras inside/outside?” I told her it was just for my peace of mind as I had young children. She replied back “It’s for security, enjoy your stay” not really answering my question. I said thank you & went about our vacation. Our last day I was looking for toilet paper to replace in the bathrooms, not seeing any I assumed the cleaning people would take care of that. After arriving home she texted me asking if I took toilet paper, Kleenex & pantry items. I most certainly did not! On 8/15/22 I was sent a reimbursement request from her for toilet paper, paper towels, & now batteries(never saw any) & pantry items!! I declined because I did not take one thing out of that house. Airbnb closed the request because it was not valid. I’ve stayed at other Airbnbs in Florida & Montana no problems with hosts at all.

The amenities were great

We took this trip to celebrate my best friends birthday and we had a blast. Jill provided everything needed for a fun day at the beach. The back deck was a great place to hang out and unwind after a long day. The amenities were great. The beds were comfy. She was attentive with her responses. Over all we had a very positive experience.

This house is a great spot near Navarre beach and has everything you could ever need on a vacation. There is an amazing Japanese steakhouse in walking distance. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience! The home was a perfect fit for my family of 5 and my Dad. There are so many useful tips for your location and binders for anything you may need to know about the home. Notes are conveniently located near certain things to make things simpler for your stay! We absolutely loved everything! I would highly recommend this home for you Navarre stay!

This location was awesome

This location was awesome. This house has everything you can imagine, you only need to bring yourself and your clothes. We were rained out the second day there and had all kinds of board games to play that were furnished at the house. The location was amazing, close to the beach, shopping and even fine dinning. We had a great experience and would stay here again.

Great place for a short stay with family. It’s 3 miles down the bridge to the beach. Professional staff and rental company. We enjoyed our stay very much.
