Welcome home! We have put lots of love to make this home the best version of what we would want in a vacation home. The home is completely updated and centrally located to allow you to enjoy multiple beaches during your vacation. It is only a 5 minute drive to Indian rocks beach, 13 min to Clearwater beach (traffic varies) and many others! Indian rocks beach is one of best beaches in the US! The city is loaded with restaurants and bars for fantastic food and unforgettable memories
The space
The home was renovated with you in mind! It has everything to make you feel at home but with the convenience of many beaches and attractions all nearby! Outside the neighborhood (minutes away); you will find Publix (grocery store), Walmart, Starbucks, fast food restaurants, target, and many other stores. The home is equipped with a charcoal grill, lounge chairs, heated pool(heat available Oct- May), bonfire pit and a gazebo to sit and have your morning coffee as you look out at the open view of greenery and peace.
Layout: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms:
1. Bedroom 1: king bed with tv (bathroom in hallway)
2. Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds with tv and private bathroom
3. Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed and 1 twin over double bunk bed (room sleeps 5) also with private bathroom

We really enjoyed our stay at Nella's home in Largo.
We really enjoyed our stay at Nella's home in Largo. It was clean, well appointed, nice heated pool, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms for each bedroom, well equipped kitchen, WIFI and cable TV, and nice quiet neighborhood close to a park, conveniences and Indian Rocks beach. We enjoyed riding our bikes to and around the park several days. Nella was very responsive to any questions or minor issues encountered. I'd highly recommend this property and Nella as a host!

Perfect stay for large group. There’s a lot of room, couches were comfortable and all 10 of us didn’t feel on top of each other. Plenty of places to sleep. The backyard is a huge plus. Would definitely recommend the place :)

We spent Christmas holidays at Nella’s place and had a great time! Nella’s husband came over couple times to make sure the swimming pool worked properly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. There are Publix and Walmart close by so we can get groceries easily. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and BBQ in the backyard.
