In the heart of the island, in the countryside, at 3 km away from Muro Village, is located this quiet and charming old building completely independent from the main house.
 
I refit it in 2018 into a small room. The bathroom is outside of the bedroom and the full kitchen is under a terrace with an open and beautiful view to the countryside and a small garden.
 
It is ideal for lovers of nature, animals lovers, couples or/and a strategic point for cyclists.

The space
SON ALOUI MINI is a small old building totally independent of the main house.
It is located in the middle of the countryside, in the centre of the island, just 3 km from the village of Muro and at least 45 minutes from all points of Mallorca.
 
In the course of 2018, I transformed it into a cosy and comfortable room with its own bathroom and a kitchen opening onto its private garden and a magnificent view of the countryside.
 
The room is +/- 10m2, with a high ceiling, exposed beams and a manual Velux that gives a beautiful natural light during the day.
 
The double bed (1,60m x 2,00m) is on top of a custom made wood and metal mezzanine We access to the bed by a ladder also custom made.
 
Under this mezzanine I accommodate a single bed (80 x 200cm) that can be open as a double bed (160 x 200cm).
 
We access to the bathroom from outside. There is a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
 
The basic kitchen area is under a covered terrace. It has no wall on 3 sides, you will be in direct contact with nature. The view from this point is beautiful. You will love to have your breakfast there.
 
Access to the little swimming pool (l5 x L3m x H1,36m) all year long. Available for swimming from jun till October.

Guest access
- We enter in the property through the main portal that we share.
- MINI SON ALOUI has its own parking
- We share the use of the washing machine that is in your area, behind your bathroom… But I will come when you are not there.
- Access to my swimming pool area. The best place to enjoy the sun set :-)

Other things to note
- You will have to pay me in cash the tourist tax (2€/pers/night) and complete and sign the register (one per person)
- There are animals on the property:
. 3 dogs suuuper sweet;
. 3 cats who normally stay with me ... ;
. 2 horses behind your house, in her park.
. 2 chickens
 
- The house is powered by solar panels and a generator that starts automatically when the batteries start to be low or if we use too much energy at the same time.
 
- The running water comes from a cistern which is under the main house and a pump supplies the entire property with that water.
 
- Grey water (shower, sink, and bidet) go directly into a tank to water the fruit trees. Also, I ask you to try to use some natural and biodegradable products during your stay at my house.
