Great location and helpful host
This location is very central to all of the interesting tourist things and also close to a bus stop that takes you to other parts of Firenze. Off-app, the host is extremely responsive and helpful, but we initially were unable to reach Daniela using the Vrbo app. The flat itself is very well-equipped with everything you need and stylish as well but we had some cleanliness issues with the bathroom and also the washing machine seriously needs maintenance as our clothes came out with some kind of greasy wax and smoke smell after using and needed to be rewashed elsewhere. We’d definitely be willing to stay here again if Daniela took the time to address these issues.

Great location, poor hosting
This place is smaller than the pictures, and some of the furniture doesn't match. The good news is the AC works wonderfully and the location is fantastic for walking to the best sights in Florence. The host communicated poorly. We waiting outside the apartment for 45 minutes before being let in, and the host was not the one who let us in. We got no info on check out procedures or how to use the various utilities in the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay. Daniela was easy to contact and very helpful. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. The air conditioning was a great comfort during the hot days. We will come back.
