Finely rebuilt in 2014, the apartment is on an elevator accessible third floor of an antique building which is located a few steps away from the Duomo and Michelangelo s David at Accademia Gallery.

The master bedroom with a queen size bed, has an en suite full bathroom with a huge shower; the bright and wide living room has two single sofa beds (100 cm wide) and a guest toilet.
The elegant dining room is near to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, multi-food processor ).The sunny veranda is perfect for having breakfast with a stunning view of the Duomo.

Wonderful Apartment, Good Base to Explore Florence
This is a lovely air-conditioned apartment, spacious and comfortable, and very well represented by the photos in the listing. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the Duomo, which can also be seen from the balcony, and from there, all the main attractions in Florence are walkable if you're reasonably fit and healthy. This made it an ideal base for my husband and I to pop in and out frequently during the day...out and about in the morning, come back for an hour or so's rest and a bite to eat, then out again for the afternoon and again in the evening. Despite being so central, there was never any undue noise from surrounding hotels and apartments at night. Be prepared to be woken by church bells at 7.00am, though - hey, you're in Florence! We loved it. Ladies - the icing on the cake as regards amenities was the provision of a proper hairdryer instead of a useless travel dryer (powerful, but never got very warm on the "hot" setting for some reason), and straighteners. A dustpan and brush under the sink, or a broom to sweep up crumbs etc. would be a useful addition in the kitchen, but I'm sure Valentina would have arranged this if we'd asked...not a big deal at all. Valentina communicated with us promptly during the booking process, and was so charming and helpful upon our arrival. We would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to others. We loved Florence so much we'll definitely be back!

Amazing apartment overlooking Duomo
This apartment is perfect in every way! Valentina has thought of everything! It's spacious, beautiful, spotless and has an updated kitchen and bath. The view from the balcony is amazing-- overlooking the terracotta rooftops and Duomo. We ate our breakfast there every morning. It truly felt like home! The location is very convenient--moments from the Duomo, Accademia, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance (as is most of old Florence). And the icing on the cake are the owners. Valentina is one of the nicest people! She helped us with cabs, museum tickets and was always available to answer questions. She made our vacation extra special. We hope to return next year. Italy is truly a magical place!

Excellent 2-day stay in Florence
Valentina is a great host and she was very helpful. We wish we had more time and would stay there again if we were to return. We would recommend staying there as it is centrally located and a very nice apartment well worth the price.

Magnificent long term stay
We stayed in this apartment for 3 months, March-May. It was everything we’d hoped for and more. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of historical Florence but situated to be quiet and private. Our main request was a kitchen. 3 months meant we would be cooking many meals ourselves. The kitchen here is well laid out, full stove/oven and large refrigerator, even a dishwasher! The central market is only 5 minutes walk and there are several grocery stores within a block or two. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable. Apartment is very large, on days were we stayed in it was relaxing and easy to read or hangout. Valentina was amazingly responsive right from the beginning before we even paid our deposit. She quickly answered questions and offered suggestions about restaurants and a wine shop. This apartment is a great choice for anyone but especially guests who are planning a longer stay. I can not say enough wonderful things about it and we certainly plan on returning.
