Wonderful flat (35 sqm+sqm 8 of terrace) situated in the historic centre of Florence (in the restricted traffic zone), only 100 meters from the Duomo Square.
From the panoramic sun terrace and from the windows you have a beautiful view of the Santa Croce church
The apartment is located on 4th floor (with lift) of an historical building and has been completely renovated in March 2015
In few minutes walking you will reach: Piazza Duomo, Accademia Gallery, Uffizi Museum, Ponte Vecchio, Signoria square, Santa Croce Square etc

Lovely apartment in a great location
Emanuele met us at the apartment and spent time going through everything and even booked us a taxi for a tour we had the next morning. The location is lively but not loud. Just down the street to the Duomo and around the corner to many restaurants and bars. We loved it! The only thing that was not great was the water pressure in the shower. The water trickled out. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location and host
The apartment was perfect for our quick stop in Florence. The location is unbelievable, walking distance to all of the sights and restaurants. It was comfortable, well stocked and the terrace and air conditioning a real treat! Coffee on the terrace each morning watching the swallows and listening to the sounds of the city waking up was incredible. But the best part was our host Emanuele who greeted us and made us feel welcome, showed us to our apartment and gave the best recommendations for where to eat etc. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer.

The Sounds of Florence
This apartment was amazing. It’s in a great location within walking distance to all major tourist spots. The view of the balcony is breathtaking and you can hear the sounds of music and laughter from the streets wafting up to the balcony. The host Emanuele is wonderful and gives you a lot of great suggestions during your stay. There arre places to eat every where and atm close by. This place is definitely one of the favorite places I’ve stayed anywhere. Try the tasting menu at Acqua 2 it’s unbelievable.
