Comfortable apartment in a great location
Enjoyed our 4 night stay in this very comfortable apartment. Can’t beat the location … close to train station and an easy walk to all the major sites. In suite laundry was a bonus. Kitchen is small but well equipped. We only prepared breakfast. Lots of great restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommended.

Location, Location, Location!
We were very happy with this experience ! The property is exactly as described and in an excellent location to visit all the touristy venues in Florence by foot. After a 10 min walk from Santa Maria Novella train station, we were met at the apartment door by Marie Antoinella, having kept in regular touch with both her and Tiziana through WhatsApp. This proves to be a great way to communicate. The apartment is up two flights of stairs, which was a bit tough, but do-able with our suitcases. The WiFi worked great, the apartment was clean and the kitchen, though quite small, was well appointed with everything you would need to cook a meal. Helpful instructions were provided which outlined need to know things like the location of a grocery store, and recommendations for rooftop venues, restaurants etc. Word to the wise, my husband is a big guy (6’4, 200 lbs) and he had to duck through some door ways and was a bit squeezed in the stand up shower. The a/c worked well, the bed was firm but comfortable, lots of towels and linens were provided. We were very happy with his choice. Thanks to Tiziana and Maria Antonella for making our stay seamless and fully enjoyable.

Quiet in the middle of everything
Cozy apartment well maintained and very clean. This property was equipped with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Good communication with owner. We hope to return one day

Wonderful apartment and seat!
All communication with Tiziana was wonderful - timely, responsive, accommodating and accurate. Maria Antoinetta was outside the apartment to meet us and shared all the important info we needed. We communicated through What’s App which was seamless. The apartment is small but all you need for 2 adults - one of the best equipped kitchens we have had. As some have said - the shower and bathroom are very small but, again, only a problem is you are a large person. And the location is the real plus!!!! We would definitely stay here if we are ever in Florence again.
