We are ready to welcome you, the property is not an apartment, it is a completely private and independent single-family house offering exclusivity, isolation and security. There are no common areas to share with other travelers or neighbors, it is totally private just to enjoy with your friends or family. Strict disinfection and professional cleaning will be performed before each guest checks in. It has a current activity license.
The space
Fabulous holiday home in Palma de Mallorca.
Recently restored and completely renovated.
I personally carried out the project and the decoration of it, being very careful in the design and with the materials, using exclusively water-based paints, ecological products and recycled materials, contributing to eliminate health risks, environmental and the well-being of guests.

My main goal when decorating the house has been for my guests to live and breathe the Mallorcan atmosphere.

The house can accommodate up to four people, but if necessary it is possible to accommodate one more person in a comfortable sofa bed (extra daily cost)

It consists of:
- Dining room
- Fully equipped
kitchen - Two double bedrooms, one of them with two single beds that can also be transformed into a double bed
- Two full bathrooms, one of them en suite
- Private backyard, where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the privacy
- Comfortable chill out terrace and solarium, ideal for relaxing and tanning in the city
Guest access
A/C and radiators in all areas of the house.
Free Wi-Fi 24hs. Bed linen, sets of bath towels and beach towels, at no extra cost. Maps, guides and many tips of the island of Mallorca.

IMPORTANT:
* IN THE RESERVATION REQUEST WILL BE INFORMED OF POSSIBLE EXTRA EXPENSES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL AND MUST BE PAID IN CASH ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL:

* CLEANING and LAUNDRY FEE: All our bed linen and towels are washed in a 100% EcoFriendly laundry guaranteeing an environmentally friendly washing system, with clothes and thus avoiding possible allergies in guests.

* TOURIST TAX: As of July 1, 2016, the Balearic Islands Authorities have deemed it appropriate to charge a tourist tax per person per day (Ecotax). Children under the age of 16 are exempt. It will be charged on the day of arrival.

* ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: the wattage bill will be charged on check out.

* This house is governed by the seasonal lease. Tourist services such as daily cleaning, reception, or breakfast are not offered. A lease must be signed on arrival according to the law in force in the Balearic Islands.

Lovely place

Lovely place. We had a wonderful vacation in Analia’s perfect house. Located in the city, but only 2 km. Away from the beach, the location is spot on. A very lovely place

We had a great week

We had a great week. The house was cosy and had everything we wanted. There are 2 nice bedrooms that each have their own bathroom and access to a patio, so we both had privacy whilst sharing the house. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other on the first. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some extras that aren't always in rental accommodation - like olive oil and spices in the cupboard plus lots of tea towels, washing powder etc and there was fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived. Analia was in touch about timings before we left the uk to make sure someone would be at the house to let us in. We requested extra blankets on the first day as the weather was cool and they were dropped off immediately. We asked if we could check-out an hour later so we could go straight to the airport without hanging around and that was also no problem. Analia arranged a taxi for us as we don't speak Spanish and there is no Uber in Palma. Thank you Analia, we loved your home.

It was a pleasure to stay @ Analias place! We felt immediately @ home, with a warm welcome, great and calm location, beautiful courtyard and terrace, supermarket, local restaurants and cafes as well as promenade close by and easy to reach. Analia made my first morning in Palma by her spontaneous buy of a foamer I could use for my beloved cappuccino! Thanks again for EVERYTHING!:) we will be back …

Cosy house, great location and neighbourhood

Cosy house, great location and neighbourhood. We had breakfast in the warmth of the sun on the amazing terrace adjacent to the bedroom. Very clean, nice decor and well equipped. Walking distance to many nice restaurants, and bars. Analía is very nice and we would love to come back.

Everything was lovely about this stay

Everything was lovely about this stay! Beautiful little home with big comfy terraces, furnished and decorated with taste and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great central location! Parking on the street of there's a garage within a 2-minute walk. Convenience stores and pharmacies are steps away, and the marina/port area with hotels and restaurants are conveniently walking distance. Analia was very easy to communicate with and the check-in and the check-out went perfectly smooth. Would definitely recommend and stay again if back to Mallorca!

Beautiful space

Beautiful space, hot water, ac that works, laundry in the kitchen, everything about this place was great. The host even left us some welcome gifts of food and beverage in the fridge.

Five-star experience. Analía's house is perfectly located for travelers who don't rent a car but want a bit of privacy from tourists. You can easily taxi to the center of Palma and to nearby beaches for a small fee. As for the accommodations, I felt like I was staying at a hotel. The bed was incredibly comfy and the pillows, towels, and linens were all hotel quality. And if that wasn't enough, she provides an awesome guide with her favorite restaurants and nearby attractions. Stay here! You won't be disappointed!
