The unit is located in a resort-style building in Key Biscayne - a beautiful upscale residential neighborhood within just a short and gorgeous drive over the Rickenbacker Causeway from the big city. The locals love this area for tranquility, great BBQ spots and clean safe beaches. Key Biscayne has terrific sunny beaches and is located right between the two major parks – Crandon Park to the north and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park to the south. Key Biscayne also offers a nearby coastal barrier reef and the only federally recognized underwater archaeological trail in the United States.
THE UNIT
This 1000sf Apartment features:
- 1 KING bed in the first bedroom;
- 2 TWIN beds in the second bedroom;
- LIVING ROOM with a COUCH (foldable sofa);
- DINING AREA with a table for 4;
- Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator.
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!
THE PROPERTY

THE LOCATION
The apartment is located in a RESORT-STYLE building in the heart of Key Biscayne, just 5 minutes walking to the beach, right by Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
- 0.3 miles to Winn Dixie store for a grocery shopping;
- 8 miles to Coconut Grove and Brickell areas;
- 10 miles to Downtown Miami with shops, restaurants, sport and event venues;
- 15 miles to world famous South Beach (Art Deco District, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Convention Center);
- Trendy Midtown, Wynwood Art District, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Port of Miami, Miami International Airport and Aventura Mall are all about 15-20 minutes driving.
THINGS TO NOTE
DO NOT include kids under the age of 12 to the number of guests. Kids under 12yo stay for free. The max number of people, including kids, should not exceed 6 guests.

Please let us know if you prefer a ground (no balcony) or 2nd floor unit.
At check in, the building will charge a mandatory Resort Fee of $28.50 per night per unit. Resort fee includes on-site parking, towel exchange, wifi, pool access. A set of 2 chairs + 1 umbrella can be rented for $10/day.
The building requires a damage deposit of $100/stay/unit on the credit/debit card. It is fully refunded at check out.

- Mandatory upon arrival: Refundable damage deposit of $100/stay/unit on the credit/debit card;
- Optional washer/dryer (on the ground floor) usage: $2.50 per cycle.
