Description
old stone cottage completely renovated surrounded by olive trees in a small village on the hills of Camaiore from where you can admire the view of the sea and the Apuane alps.
the house is 70mq.
on the ground floor there is the kitchen (with gas oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and small pantry) living room with sofa and pouf bed, satellite tv, dvd and fireplace.
on the first floor there are double bedroom, small bedroom with bunk bed; floor equipped with air conditioning and sheets, bathroom with shower equipped with linen.
laundry corner with washing machine. the large panoramic garden is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, a pergola where you can have lunch with a barbecue corner and slide for the little ones.
in the spring/summer period (from 14st May till 8 September) guests can use a small inflatable hydromassage pool where they can relax.
in the nearby town of pedona, reachable on foot via a path of about 1 km, there are two minimarkets.
reachable places: Pietrasanta (12km) Viareggio (13km) Lucca (25km) Pisa (30km) Firenze (90km).
the owners who live in the adjacent house will be happy to welcome you and give you any advice you need.
in the winter period the house is equipped with wood for the fireplace.

nice place to get away from the City, as long as you take the right roads to get up there.

Wow!!!
We arrived and were greeted with pizza from the owners’ wood fired pizza oven and their olives. We ate in the garden overlooking the Mediterranean Sean and Tuscan valley. What a perfect start to our visit to Tuscany! The home we rented is a stone cottage perfectly equipped and comfortable. We were there in October so kept windows open. But they do have AC is you are there in summer months. The location s perfect for day trips to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, and Cinque Terra. The small village of Pedona is a short walk from the house and has a market and ristorante. Delightful owner and staff; food amazing.. After visiting Italy a third time If we ever return to Italy this will be our first choice.

Perfect stay
We (3 adults) had a perfect stay for a short break. Lots of additional surprises, very warm, friendly hosts and a wonderful view from the garden.

Ein Paradies in der Toskana: Herzliche Gastfreundschaft, Traumgarten und spektakuläre Aussicht
Unser Aufenthalt in der Toskana war einfach fantastisch! Wir wurden äußerst herzlich empfangen und fanden sogar einen frisch gebackenen Kuchen in der Küche, der auf uns wartete. Abends wurden wir mit köstlicher Pizza verwöhnt, ein toller Start in unseren Urlaub. Der Garten dieser Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum, mit zahlreichen Olivenbäumen, die eine malerische Atmosphäre schaffen. Der Höhepunkt war definitiv der Whirlpool, von dem aus man eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer genießen kann. Stundenlang den Sonnenuntergang von dort aus zu beobachten, war einfach unvergesslich. Die Anreise gestaltete sich aufgrund der schmalen Gassen ohne Ausweichmöglichkeiten zwar etwas abenteuerlich, aber das sollte keinen davon abhalten, diesen wunderbaren Ort zu besuchen. Diese Unterkunft ist ein echtes Juwel in der Toskana, und Marco, Ilaria und Dora (der süße Hund) haben hier eine Oase der Entspannung geschaffen. Wir werden auf jedenfall nochmal zurückkehren und mehr Zeit an diesem zauberhaften Ort zu verbringen. Vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Erfahrung!

Nous avons pu profité d une vue splendide dans un endroit d'exception. Le logement était très bien équipé. Et des hôtes en or ! Bien situé car proche Pise, Lucca, 5 terres, la plage ...
