Delightful central house for 4p, (self check-in) consisting of living room/kitchen plus French sofa bed (140cm) for two + bedroom 19 sqm with 160cm double bed and a comfortable full bathroom. A small balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard. An additional armchair bed is available upon request at a fee. NEW FLAT WIFI fast fiber smartworking.

You will be a few minutes from Termini metro and under the house you have tram 19 to San Pietro and No. 3 to the Colosseum

The space

Casa Buffa is ideal for those who want to visit Rome because it is close to Termini Station and Tiburtina Station.

In front of the house are the tram stops 3 and 19 destination Piazza Risorgimento (San Pietro) and Colosseum.

14 minutes walk from the CNR, 20 minutes from the Umberto I hospital and Sapienza reachable. It is also ideal for those who have university commitments being a few hundred meters from Sapienza (Faculty of Psychology) and for workers because in the house fiber internet is available.

The house has two double beds, one in the room and one in the kitchen, but I recently added an armchair bed. You can ask me to prepare it for you in case you don't want to sleep in the kitchen.

Casa Buffa is a beautiful apartment in the center of Rome.

Casa Buffa is a beautiful apartment in the center of Rome. Serena is an amazing host, she look after us remarkably, nothing is left untouched and she make you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. Well connected, full of bar and restaurant and on a walking distance from the main attractions. I highly recommend Casa Buffa. Thanks again Serena we will be back

If you go with young people the main tourist attractions are walkable case not you need a taxi or public transportation The only think to point was the shower was not working properly. I recommend stay with Serena

I stayed at Serena’s place in September. Serena is a very responsive host. Before we arrived she provided a very useful PDF with everything we could need for our stay. She let us have a early check in and gifted us a small breakfast when we arrived. The area does not look very safe, how ever we did not have any issues at day/night. The weather was very hot and the apartment had great AC which was convenient. If you are looking for a accessible option in Rome I would recommend 10/10

Serena was a great host. Very helpful from booking till checkout. She was kind enough to check on us if we have arrived at her place safely as we reached late at night. Helpful instructions on how to get around in Rome. Her apartment was very clean and convenient. Exactly match the description here. However, the neighborhood was not good. Serena is a fantastic host

Serena is a fantastic host, she greeted us with a smile and clear instructions for the place and local surroundings including restaurant ideas. She was very friendly and helpful even offered a lift to a restaurant after the one she first recommended was closed. Very nice place we had 4 people in the place and has no issues. Shower has amazing pressure and helpful to have a washing machine and place to dry clothes. Would definitely recommend and would come back thanks so much Serena. If your looking for a place in Rome this is it.

Nice and cozy place for a short stay in Rome. We stayed as a family (2 adults&2 children) but fits better for a family with 1 child. Easy transportation with tram. Serena was very quick to respond and easily reachable. She greeted us at check in and always in touch which is very important for us. Thanks again for lots of coffee pods! :)

The apartment was just as we saw on airBNB, her instructions for check in were exact and she even left us a little dessert to come into! She was responsive when it came to questions, had helpful handbooks in the kitchen and was understanding!

We truly felt at home at Serena’s place

We truly felt at home at Serena’s place, so much so that we felt we would miss it when we left. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed) , everything was very clean and we felt quite safe. There are tram stops just outside, and a transpo hub where buses and trams converge, at a walking distance from the home. Serena herself is very communicative and responds quickly to messages. She wrote to me a week before our arrival to ask about arrival times and such and offered to book us a cab. We arrived earlier than expected and had to also leave a bit later than the published check out time, but she was gracious about the extensions. She welcomed us with a cake and chocolates and left a detailed handbook with house rules and recommendations, which all helped. Grazie mille, Serena!
