Rental Notes
Summer SeasonDuring the summer months, we rent for week-long stays from Friday to Friday. The rate is $725 per night for the 7-night stay. This rate is good for up to 12 guests, includes a cleaning fee and access to the hot tub.

Dishwasher didn’t work well. Lost WiFi for two days. Repairs were attempted on both but didn’t get resolved. Owner sent help immediately. Answered calls promptly .
