Description

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2022-2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
The space
Description
The Villa is a charming rustic stone (350 sqm) that offers Wi-Fi internet, independent air conditioning in every room and private pool (infinity pool). It has been recently refurbished in a modern key while keeping the flavor of the original stones and ceilings of the time.
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 nice bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own private bathroom and a ground floor room with private bathroom, which can also be used as a studio; all beds are king size.
The villa is located 10 km away from Lucca (Italy) and only 17 km from Viareggio. In neighboring countries, it's about a 15-minute drive to shops and small groceries where you can find fresh, genuine produce. If you can't find what you need in the area, less than 10 km away you will find a shopping mall with everything you could want.

What's next.
The villa has a beautiful pergola equipped for aperitifs and an outdoor patio with barbecue and wood-burning oven for pizzas where you can dine with panoramic views of the city of Lucca . In front of the villa is the swimming pool (heated to salt) with waterfall, installed in another panoramic point of the estate. The last km of access to the villa is dirt and is not suitable for sports cars or with a very low set-up.
Upon arrival you will find a beautiful newly renovated holiday home overlooking the hills and a view of the sea, ideal for a pleasant vacation in Tuscany. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using fresh and genuine local produce while on vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as a sufficient number of dishes and cutlery for up to 14 people. Lunch or dinner alfresco, the fully equipped patio is the perfect setting to enjoy the good food, the company of your family or a group of friends and the lovely Tuscan climate.

Visit the area
Most tourists like to visit cities and towns in the area while on holiday so, to help you plan your out-of-town trips, we propose a list of popular destinations reachable by car with their respective distances from the holiday home: Viareggio 17 km, Pisa 23 km, Forte Dei Marmi 30 km, La Spezia 69 km and Portovenere 84 km. The highway is located only 15 km away from the villa and there is also a train station 13 km away.

If you've always wanted to visit the Tuscan coast, the vacation home is located just 25 minutes from the sea.

Some other famous tourist destinations to consider for a possible visit are: Florence 87 km, Viareggio 17 km, Forte Dei Marmi 30 km, Rome 369 km, Venice 321 km and Milan 273 km.

Giacomo’s home is absolutely stunning - the pictures do not do it justice

Giacomo’s home is absolutely stunning - the pictures do not do it justice. It had expansive views of the mountains, sea and city. The home is located on top of a mountain about 25 minutes from Lucca which meant we could hop in for day excursions. The home is well decorated and had everything we needed for two babies. The private chef that Giacomo arranged was also such a nice treat - he was great to chat with and cooked delicious Italian food. Overall we felt so lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful corner of the world.

The house a absolutely top, with an unbeatable view on both Lucca and the sea. Everything is renovated and perfectly in order. Giacomo was very responsive to help us with every question which was great! It was a pleasant surprise to discover the house and surroundings which are much better than the current (render pre-renovation) pictures on Airbnb

Giacomo was a terrific host and he even joined us for a drink one night. The villa was only 1 month off full renovation and it showed. It was about 10-15 min outside Lucca. Each bedroom was like a hotel room - from amenities to bedside USB-C charging, slippers and robes. The living area furniture was modern and tasteful and kitchen great for cooking. The air conditioning was great throughout and the large infinity edge pool had stunning views. The outside wood bbq and pizza oven was complimented with a 10 seat round dining table and another 12 seat long dining table inside. I’d highly recommend this newly renovated villa to anyone - although I almost want to keep it a secret for lots of return bookings ourselves!
