The space
Villa Bianca is a beautiful property on the most beautiful hills near Lucca, (5 KM) above the village of Sant'Alessio. The access road is easy and safe.
A new satellite wifi system provides 29 MBPS download and 2.97 MBPS upload, has just been installed.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and the magnificent large pool (14x7 meters) (depth from 110 cm to 280 cm), with diving board on the side.
The villa is spectacular, looking almost like a movie set, with amazing furniture and large open spaces, where you can enjoy company in total privacy.
The villa is divided into two wings, in the south wing there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with three single beds (which can be arranged as a double bed as needed) three in-suite bathrooms and a toilet.
In the north wing there are two bedrooms that can be arranged with single or double beds as needed. A cot and a baby bed can be added if necessary. The bathrooms are all decorated with fine marble.
On the ground floor there is a large dining room furnished with antiques and a super comfortable living room with sofas and armchairs, all overlooking a lush garden with a large swimming pool.
Downstairs, at the back of the hill, overlooking the side of the villa, a beautiful and well-stocked rustic kitchen welcomes guests for morning breakfasts and informal lunches. Opposite the kitchen is a small terrace with a stone barbecue.
Florino is the house keeper of the villa, he has been working for the owners' family for more than 20 years, he is a precious person: he takes care of the garden ansd the pool, he comes very early in the morning to check everything.
The whole villa is air-conditioned, and there is a thermostat in every room.
This is an ideal property for a large family, a group of friends getting together for a vacation in the most authentic part of Tuscany, so close to the beach, mountains and cultural sites.

The famous and beautiful walled city, is very close and can be reached in just a few minutes by car.You can choose Lucca as a starting point from where you can make small excursions and travel the itineraries of classic Tuscany, or the routes less traveled by tourists. The coast is only a 25-minute drive away. You will find Forte dei Marmi and its boutiques, as if you were on Fifth Avenue. The Garfagnana valley with its medieval villages is only a 40-minute drive away. Pisa, to visit at sunset, with the spectacular Piazza dei Miracoli can be reached in 30 minutes. In only an hour by highway you reach Florence, on the way you cross urban centers full of art and culture: Pistoia, Prato, Vinci, Collodi, where Pinocchio was born.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this fabulous villa

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this fabulous villa. It is even nicer than the photos and the pool is amazing. The hosts gave lots of useful tips and went above and beyond helping us to get taxis. There is a must visit local vineyard called Fabbrica di San Martina within walking distance. Giuseppe gave us a wonderful tour and the wine was interesting and delicious. We also highly recommend a local restaurant called Vipore with the most amazing views and local food, they also have Giuseppe's wine! We all hope to be back some day as this is a very special place.

We had an amazing stay, the villa is just amazing! Exactly like it looks on the pictures, the pool is even bigger than we thought. Also props to the housekeeper, we could always reach to them in case we needed something, also in the middle of the night!

A wonderful big villa filled with character and charm. Ideal for our week-long stay with three families. The pool got plenty of use, and the space provided enough privacy for all. Location to Lucca and other amenities was very good, whilst remaining private and quiet. Carolina and Marco were friendly and responsive and saw to our every need and request. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Bianca in June. The property is lovely, and the landscape is beautiful. If you stay at this villa, you will need a car. The villa is in the midst of wineries and restaurants. The proximity to Lucca is perfect and day trips to Florence were easy!
