Description
Villa Bianca, built in early 1800s, is located among picturesque Lucca hills, close to an ancient Archangel Michael church. In the beginning of the XX century it was divided between two owners, and is now two houses with separate entrances and gardens.
Guests will enjoy shadowy garden and swimming pool in the atmosphere of a historical Tuscan villa with its furniture carefully preserved and restored.
City of Lucca is very close and the sea is in 20 minutes drive along a scenic road.
The space
The ground floor has a specious terrace of Carrara marble and terracotta statues, overseeing a garden with shadowy trees, a swimming pool and a long cypress alley leading to the property gates. Spacious dining room and kitchen, living room with a fireplace, library, toilet.
First floor has three bedrooms (Daphnis and Chloe, Neptune and Juno), a bathroom and a balcony.
Second floor - three bedrooms (Palermo, Sorrento and Bari) and a bathroom.
Thick brick walls keep the house cool in summer, there is plenty of fresh air and light - ceilings on the ground and the first floors are four meters high.
Guest access
Two to three cars can be comfortably parked on the property by the house. There is additional parking space on the street outside.
Other things to note
Enjoy sunbath and splash in a 3x7 swimming pool with a wooden terrace.

This is the perfect home for a family/friends holiday.
This is the perfect home for a family/friends holiday. The location is great, easy drive to Lucca and the beach. The house has all you need, lots of places to relax and very private! We loved the piano and ping pong table, lots of good use and fun! The pool was lovely too, very clean and perfect size! Only struggle we had was that the entrance to driveway is not suitable for medium/large cars, however parking on the road worked well and not a long walk to the house. We hope to be back some day! Thank you Anastasia for the recommendations, the local resturant was AMAZING!
