Description
Villa Mari is an art nouveau villa completely renovated preserving the flavor and taste of the era, located in the countryside between Lucca and Pisa, a few kilometers from the historic center of Lucca and 15 minutes from the Pisa airport. Within walking distance from the villa, you may take a bus to reach the center of Pisa in 20 minutes or the center of Lucca in 15 minutes. Famous sea areas such as Versilia are only 30 minutes away by car.
The space
The villa offers luxurious interiors, with 5 large rooms, 25 sqm (270sq ft.) each. There is also a large room on the attic floor which is an excellent solution to accommodate up to 12 people using a sofa bed in a common area or one of the 4 large ones rooms on the first floor.
The villa has three comfortable and finely restored bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the mezzanine floor that serve the four large bedrooms. On the ground floor there is another small and finely restored bathroom.
During your stay you can indulge your culinary imagination in the large Tuscan kitchen with a spacious and functional barbecue. In addition, there is a second serving kitchen ideal for preparing large dinners to enjoy in the cozy and convivial dining room that can accommodate comfortably up to 12 people.
Villa Marì offers its guests free wifi, a large living room with a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a nice sitting area with a fireplace. The property is entirely fenced and surrounded by a large garden where children can freely run and play. There is also a comfortable and large private parking located right inside the property.

Beautiful house and large private garden within an easy drive of lovely medieval Lucca. The house is stunning. Large, well equipped and just such a lovely feel. We enjoyed lovely evenings around the large outdoor dinner table. We were a party of 9 adults and had plenty of space. A great base for exploring Lucca, Cinque Terre and Tuscany.

Amazing house, great host, awesome pizza next to the house. The house is very big, good amenities, huge backyard, parking for 3 cars. The location is nice, next to Pisa and Firenze, although the house itself is about 10 minutes drive to Lucca center.
