Fantastic historic villa of 1600s on the hills of Lucca, with wide park, swimming pool with a spectacular view, private chapel, private parking and wifi. Just 10 minutes drive from the ancient city walls of Lucca, it is perfect for a wonderful family holiday and to celebrate special events.
The space
Getting in the villa the large livingroom will welcome you with its huge central fireplace, the typical coffered ceiling and the piano where you can relax.

The central room opens on the first of the two kitchens, fully accessorized ready for a veritable Tuscan cookout then, the laundry room. Besides on the ground floor are a master bedroom, a double bedroom with two single beds and a comfortable sofa bed, two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath tub.

Going up the large marble stairs you can choose between the Belvedere Suite, with its own living room, and private bathroom, offering a birds eye view of the park’s ancient trees; the two more master bedrooms and a romantic double bedroom with french beds. Moreover on the first floor are a comfortable TV room, the second kitchen, and two bright bathrooms.

Villa Belvedere sleeps a total of 12 people plus 2 sofa beds.

In the Villa’s well kept park is the private pool overviewing the rolling spread of the surrounding hills with the charming Castle of Nozzano, and the gazebo, ideal for hosting a lunch with guests or a romantic dinner. With its chattering fountain, olive garden, fruit garden, bocce field, Villa Belvedere is truly the perfect, idillic Tuscan getaway.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the villa, garden, swimming pool and free parking.
To celebrate special events, making a specific request and with an extra payment, you can also access the basement where the tavern is with the characteristic chestnut table and rustic lounge. The same applies for the consecrated chapel, ideal for private ceremonies.
Other things to note
-The pool is open from May to September
-The touristic tax currently € 2.50 per night per person for the first 3 nights is managed by Airbnb Does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
- the HEATING (from the first week of November to the first week of April) will be re-charged separately at a flat rate of 40 euro per day (to be paid in cash upon arrival)

UPON REQUEST with an extra payment:
-you can get a private CHEF for special dinners or lunches;
-you can also have daily or infra weekly CLEANING ;
-you can organize EVENTS and CEREMONIES in the villa by asking for the TAVERN and/or the CHAPEL

What a wonderful compound for your family gathering or group of friends. The Villa was well maintained and clean. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! The pool was great, everyone loved it after a hot day of sightseeing. The kitchen is well equipped. It was the trip of a lifetime. It is about 15 min drive to the center of Lucca. 1.5 hour to Florence and 30 mins to Spezia for day in Cinque Terra.

The outdoor area, with pool was perfect. large fenced pool and large fenced plot that allowed the children - two to nine years - to move freely. The only thing we could wish for was a village nearby that we could walk to. The place is recommended!

Great accomodation! We had a lovely holiday in Villa Belvedere with 3 couples, 5 Little children. THE villa is adorable, the garden tiptop and the nice pool was a welcome aspect, given the 35+ degrees during our stay.

The charming villa of Alicia and Barbara and their mother is suitable for thirteen people. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the piano in the living room is tuned and pleasant to play, the services are excellent and the nurses respond to all requests immediately. Staying in the villa was a special and wonderful experience for us. we are a family . 4 couples, two of which have children. We stayed and had a great time. Families who want to spend quality time together are recommended to stay in the beautiful villa. From the villa we went on daily trips in the region and in the Tuscany region. A beautiful gem near the city of Lucca.

We were guests at Villa Belvedere as a family with 14 people for 12 days. It was a completely beautiful stay with very dear hosts. Everything was perfectly organized, the location is great, not far to Lucca and also the everyday necessities can be reached in a few minutes by car.
