Situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just 4 km from the Walls of the City of Lucca, Casabeppe is an old farmhouse that has been entirely rebuilt using original materials, with modern comforts.
The structure is made up of two completely independent parts: a private part for the family and the other for the exclusive use of the guests of the Holiday Home, with 2 adjacent flats (CARLO and ILARIA), with EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GARDEN AND THE SALT WATER POOL.
The space
Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just 4 km from the city walls of Lucca, CASABEPPE is a charming country house, completely renovated with original materials and equipped with modern comforts.

The structure, a 400-year-old farmhouse, is composed of two completely independent parts: one private family part and the other for the exclusive use of the Holiday Home Guests.

The Holiday House consists of two Apartments, a large private Garden of 10000 square metres and the new Saltwater Swimming Pool, 5x14 metres, depth 1.40 metres, in an enclosed area equipped with sunbeds, parasols and a large pergola.
The structure offers two adjacent holiday flats :

_ CARLO APARTMENT : 140 sqm on 2 floors . Kitchen ,4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms
On the ground floor large living area with sofa and fireplace, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave and electric oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Moka, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, large table. Washing machine. Satellite TV.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area; 1 Triple Bedroom with private bathroom, 1 Double/Twin Bedroom with private bathroom, 1 Bathroom with shower and disabled facilities.
Access to private outdoor area with gazebo, barbecue and small private garden.
A convenient internal staircase provides access to the First Floor, where there is 1 Double/Double bedroom, 1 Bedroom with French Bed, 1 Bathroom with shower.

APARTMENT ILARIA : 85 sqm on 2 floors. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor entrance with hallway, small bathroom with shower.
Living area with sofa and fireplace, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave and electric oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Moka, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, large table. Washing machine. Satellite TV.
Access to private outdoor area with gazebo, tables and barbecue.
On the First Floor 2 bedrooms with French bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 small bedroom with bunk bed.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, which can be operated by remote control. The temperature is calibrated according to the limits imposed by local regulations.

The structure therefore has a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
A total of 14 beds, with a maximum capacity of 10 adults and up to 4 children under the age of 12.

Free and unlimited Wi-fi throughout the Structure and outside, including the swimming pool area.
Outdoor wood-burning oven. Wood is supplied free of charge on site.
Football and volleyball areas.
Vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables and fruit grown by the owners and available to guests.
The structure has spaces for the convenient parking of your cars.

The rental price includes:

The services offered by the Holiday Home include:

- 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for a total of 14 beds (maximum 10 adults
and 4 children under the age of 14)
- 2 well-equipped kitchens with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker, washing
machine , coffee maker, electric oven and microwave as well as everything
you need for long stays
- Private areas at the back of each flat with private gardens, gazebo,
barbecue and tables
- A large private garden of 10000 square metres with areas for five-a-side

- A brand-new private Saltwater Pool measuring 5x14 m with bench

We (7 friends) had an amazing stay at Marco’s beautiful house.

We (7 friends) had an amazing stay at Marco’s beautiful house. The host was very accommodating and the property super charming. House was clean and tidy. Good location - nice and quiet in biking distance to Lucca. We got around by bus (the stop is right outside), taxi and bikes we borrowed at the house. Would love to come back sometime in the future!

This place is perfect for two families living in separate units/apartments but being able to eat dinner together in the lovely garden. Very short commute to a supermarket, butcher and the best gelato shop in the Lucca area. Marco was a perfect host and responded quickly to any questions we might have. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.
